Oh my goodness I love my scooter its very pretty ,it rides so smoothly, I don't have to worry about storage, I contacted customer service I had a simple question they answered me right away I didn't have to wait 48 hrs, very polite and direct answers I could understand,I am so blessed to find Ecombi scooters, If your looking for great service and great quality and reliable let's not forget great style. Received my ECO1 scooter and manual was awful! Customer service helped me get my battery in the correct position to charge. This company stands by it’s customer’s!

I’ve given the scooter five stars. There was a problem with the scooter when I got it no fault to this company. I contacted customer service. I didn’t know how to put the lights on underneath. They went above and beyond. By sending me a personal video showing me how to put the lights on. We realize there was another problem so I had to contact them again. They were so generous and every step of the way. I’m always nervous working with third parties because I never know if they’ll really help you when you need their help. This company went above and beyond anything I ever expected. I got a refund of my full expense. With a nice note from the company. They were on top of everything from the very first beginning. If you want to get a scooter, the scooter itself is a cute little scooter and really good quality. But the best part and the most important part is the customer Service. That is the best part of this whole thing. If you don’t have good customer service, then your product is worthless. So please consider buying the scooter. It’s worth the time and effort. And if you have a problem, rest assured, the customer service will be there for you and let me just add that the problem with the scooter was not that of the company, but of the people who mailed it.

The ladies I dealt with were very professional in addition to being very customer friendly. I received my refund in less than a day. Exceptionally fast, well done.

Excellent experience with this company. The scooter arrived quickly and in excellent condition. The scooter was easy to take out of the box and open and was ready to use. The scooter has good power and charges quickly. I did have occasion to contact customer service with a question. I received a quick, personal response and my question was answered. Thank you,

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY.
I bought the Ecomobi MS02F ultra Auto-folding mobility scooter, through Amazon for £999.99.
Three days after receiving the scooter, it would not fold back down.
I was out shopping, so could not get it back into my car to go home.
After paying someone £40 to collect me to get the scooter home, then take me back to collect my car, I tried to contact Ecomobi.
All the contact details on the instruction s are only for America, I live in the UK, so had no one to help me.
I contacted Amazon, who sent an email to the supplier.
The supplier contacted me and ask what the problem was.
I told them what happened, there response was to offer send me the part the thought was the problem (without even seeing the scooter) and £100 towards the repair.
I was totally disgusted with the response, and refused and said I wish to send it back for a full refund.
I started the refund claim with Amazon, who approved the return and sent me a return label.
Because the scooter would not fold (can not do it manually), I could not send it back in its original packaging.
Amazon contacted the supplier again for help with the return.
Ecomobi paid £200 (which I did not ask for, it was just a dirty trick) for inconvenience and upset (this closed the refund request, as it looked like asked for it).
I contacted Amazon to let them know what had happened. They told me because I have received £200 the return was closed.
When Amazon looked back at the emails between me and Ecomobi, they could see what they had done, and reopened my refund request for a full refund.
For two weeks Ecomobi tried delaying my return.
Finally Amazon told me just to package the scooter myself and pay for the return, and once collected to send them proof of postage, they would refund me the postage (which they did).
When Ecomobi sent me my refund, they took of the £200 (so obviously was not for my inconvenience, but just to stop the refund claim).
I honestly think that if it wasn't for the fact that I bought the scooter through Amazon, I would have never received a refund.
Unfortunately I had to give one star, because you can not give a minus.

Scooter MS02F Is perfect size and more powerful than I expected. Great product and very stabile on it. Also outstanding customer service. And i received the scooter in only 2 days. Safely packaged and in excellent condition. Highly recommend using Ecomobi to purchase your scooter if in the market shopping around.

I worked with Ecomobiclub and received the top treatment. I ordered a foldable scooter and had an issue with delivery. They asked questions and delivered another on right away. They helped make it easy and comfortable. I ordered extra accessories and then they went on sale, they refunded the difference. Great people and service. I would recommend them to others who need a traveling scooter.

I absolutely love my scooter it's a little bit on the heavy side for me but it's because I have disintegrating disks, but it rides nice, it goes through grass wonderful and having a little trouble with the battery but they said they'd replace it for free. It's very easy to fold up and very easy to unfold.

So far, the MS02-F 30-mile scooter has been great for theme parks, museums, and zoos. The 30Ah battery pack has plenty of power to get through a full day, but having a second battery on standby is a great addition, especially if there are a lot of hills. The battery is also very easy to swap.

Speaking of hills, the 350W motor has enough torque to give you the confidence to tackle some pretty good inclines. I also really like the variable throttle control, where the speed changes depending on how much you squeeze the throttle. It makes the scooter very easy and natural to control.

Maybe even more important than everything else I mentioned is the customer support. The Ecomobi team has been top tier. They respond quickly, are helpful, and most importantly, actually provide satisfying solutions.

Overall, the MS02-F has been a great scooter and has worked very well for the places we’ve taken it.

My 84 year old father LOVES his scooter! It has increased his mobility around home and getting to appointments. We highly recommend the MS01F scooter.

I own two ecomobi scooters. I had an issue with my second purchase, but the company responded quickly and replaced the second scooter. I am super happy with my scooters and the prompt response of the company and their follow-up with me!

I had inadvertently thrown away my charging cord. I contacted Ecomobi Customer Service and they were quick to understand and identify the cord I needed. I purchased the cord and it was promptly shipped and I received exactly the right charging cord. They even sent it free of charge!

Great customer service. I just received my MPG3 scooter. I ordered an extra battery. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. Customer service has worked with me to get the correct size battery. Very happy with my scooter and look forward to taking my scooter on my upcoming trip.

The scooter I bought was ready to go right of the box wherefore was no assembly required. It was light enough for me to get into and out of my car. It had plenty of power. I would recommend it for anyone that couldn’t handle a heavier one.

The woman who heads your customer service is a beautiful person, always very helpful. This scooter is beautiful so far. My 92-year-old Dad takes it out for 3 of 4 hours at a time. Many miles away from his home, he loves it.He doesn't even drive his car anymore.He just drives the scooter.

I just received my Ecomobi MS01F folding lightweight scooter. After thoroughly researching over 30 different scooters, I finally found the one that works perfectly for me. The Pink (my favorite color) is just beautiful. It was so easy to setup. Delivery only took 6 days. I had a few quetions and customer service is fantastic. I don't drive and this scooter will give me independence again.

The scooter has exceeded my expectations. It is sturdy and easy to operate. It has an excellent turn radius and the speed settings works for the rider’s preference. The scooter has helped me to remain independent as far as traveling and attending events, appointments, etc. love this product!!
