The book guides you from start to finish on how to deal with account suspensions or blocked ASINs. You will understand how amazon thinks and what it expects from a POA, then it puts you to work, you will go into detective mode to investigate the problem (amazon won't tell you) and take corrective actions, you will see that redaction is the last thing you do.
A must-read for any serious amazon seller.

My Amazon account was suspended on Thursday, I contacted Scott Friday, spoke to him Saturday, and by Sunday I had submitted the plan of action he wrote for me. Monday I received notification from Amazon that my account was reinstated. It was worth every penny!

Amazon recently suspended my account and required me to provide a Plan of Action.
As I had never written such a plan, I was confused what exactly they wanted from me.
After two failed attempts, Amazon let me know that they won’t reactivate my account and probably won't respond to my emails anymore. This was quite stressful!

Luckily I came across Scott’s book “Amazon Plans of Action”. Although after reading I realized I created a big mess, I also knew what to do now. I wrote a plan using the guidelines in the book and Amazon reinstated my account the next day. Such a relief!

If you are an Amazon seller, or you want to become one, do yourself a favor and get this book. Every seller, beginner or experienced will have to provide a Plan of Action to Amazon someday. This book will take you by the hand and saves you a lot of stress!

Just a little shout-out to Scott Margolius. About a month ago I got a product policy violation from Amazon for an expired grocery item. I wondered all this time about how to solve it. This morning I sent my plan of action and tonight the policy violation was gone. Thank you Scott!

We hired Scott to help us with a Plan of Action when we received a notification from Seller Performance stating a brand owner reported us for selling counterfeit goods on their listing. Amazon flagged our account with "Received Intellectual Property Complaints", the worst Account Health notification you can get. We submitted 2 Plans of Action (both denied) before we reached out to Scott. He was able to take my previously written Plan of Action, and edit it to give Amazon Seller Performance exactly what they wanted to hear. 3 days later we received the best email ever! I ordered Scott's book on Amazon, read it, and followed the advice exactly. It was a quick read and easy to follow. Was full of really good advice as well. Because of his advice I was able to conduct research that helped me discover the real reason Amazon suspended my account (sourcing and replying to issues in a timely manner). Got it taken care of the first try after reading it. I'd recommend his book to anyone needing to complete a POA.

My POA was rejected, with Amazon asking for more information. I contacted Scott, who edited my POA. It was accepted, by Amazon, within 45 minutes! So thankful I found Scott and his book. Highly recommend!
