Ecostar Renewables Reviews

Excellent, professional service. Highly recommend.

Michael installed an e.v. charger at our house. Excellent communication, first class job, competitive price. We were concerned about cosmetic impact on interior and exterior of property, Michael listened carefully to our concerns and the outcome was excellent, a really neat and tidy job.

Great work by Michael and his team. I'm very pleased with the whole setup and looking forward to much smaller energy bills in the future.

I honestly can’t thank Michael and the team enough for the amazing job they did on my Mam’s solar install. They fitted 8 panels (4 front/4 rear) and a 6kw battery up in the windy heights of Tow Law, and the whole experience was faultless.
It can be a bit daunting for a homeowner when a big job like this starts, especially with how much of a minefield the solar industry can be, but Michael was so reassuring. He kept her (and me!) informed every single step of the way.
The most important thing for me was how happy they made my Mam—she is absolutely delighted with the result. The team was so friendly, respectful of her home, and incredibly reliable. They were always on time and put in the kind of genuine care and effort that you just don’t see much of anymore.
Excellent quality of work from a team that actually cares about their customers. I 100% recommend them!

Great work from Michael and team. Top notch from the highest quality level of work from start to finish.
Professional and friendly along with fantastic customer service.
6 Solar panels and battery all in a days work.

I’ve recently had 8 large solar panels installed on the back of my roof along with the inverter and battery in the garage. Micheal and his team arrived first thing in the morning on the day of install all looking smart and professional. Everything was explained to me again (position of panels and where the battery was going to be installed in the garage).

Work started straight away and continued throughout the day…I couldn’t even get these guys to stop for a tea break they worked so hard to ensure the job was completed all in one day and left no mess behind them whatsoever.

Before leaving they helped get me online with the app for the panels and explained the process for selling unused electricity back to the grid and advised which tariff would work best for me for EV charging.

Michael has also been in touch following the installation to check everything is ok. Finding honest reliable tradesmen can be really hard but I’m delighted with the experience I’ve had with Ecostar Renewables so would highly recommend them.

Michael is absolutely lovely, friendly and professional. He took time to explain what would be happening, by whom and when. He worked efficiently and kept me up to date with everything. Nothing was rushed, and there was no time wasted. He liased between myself and other workers who were also at my home. He cleaned away after the work had been carried out, and left me and my family happy with the service. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic work from Michael and his team today, fitting my solar panels and battery system. Very helpful, friendly and polite and more than happy to explain the set up. Very professional and tidy workmanship. They left my house spotless! Would highly recommend this company. Very impressed 👌
