Ecrater Reviews

Very good communication, fast and easy download, would recommend Ecrater

Bought from a seller on eCrater, called collectorsdecor.
It was a bad experience.
Poor communication from seller. After 2 weeks and no delivery I contacted seller and was told that the free postage on the listing was an error by eCrater. Seller should have told me this. This was why Seller did not send item. Seller did then decline my payment.
I can’t see a way to leave seller feedback on eCrater itself, or I would have left feedback there.

Very nice experience of buying through Ecrater and order arrived very quickly. Thank you.

A brilliant product and fantastic customer service. The seller couldn't have been more helpful and the product looks amazing. Would definitely recommend to others.

I received my order earlier than expected which was a nice surprise given that we can expect delays due to covid. Great quality stickers which will make a fab stocking filler. I'll definitely be purchasing more of these.

Easy to communicate with sellers. Hassle free purchase

Great seller with very good communication! Love the patterns. I had ordered 2 patterns and had paid separate postage for both items by mistake, the seller was nice enough to notice I paid double for the parcels to be sent to the same address and refunded me! I highly recommend using this seller :)

I have purchased small still from Ecrater website. Communication with the seller was great, delivery was very quick, and the price was good as well. Still is very well made, great quality. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you :-)

Scammers, fake website who sells fake perfume!!! Be aware!!! Zero stars

A very fast and professional service. I would have every confidence in undertaking future business with this seller.

Rajamart Great seller. Great product. I was sceptical but had a wonderful professional buying experience. I would recommend this seller to anyone.

All good, quick and smoth...

I would give zero stars if I could, I have ordered numbing creams on their website which never arrived. I have been contacting customer services and after few months of promising me the product i asked for full refund as I have never received the product and at this point customer service agent Tracy stopped answering to my emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID they are scammers

Software details arrived by reply, with good instructions.

Excellent customer service and very helpful

Great saving on MS Office download. Instructions could have been a bit clearer but download went well

SCAM site. I was lucky enough to get a refund after noticing something very scammy from a purchase.

The item I ordered was a macOS Microsoft Office 2019 package. Just so you know in order to get this you need a code, then go to the official Microsoft website, insert the code, and then you get to install the software.

What happened with this purchase was that the seller gave me a download link via email to a Google Drive file that was so large it could not be scanned for viruses, but also the instructions stated you install the package, and then the serial patcher.

What this means is that you are PAYING for a torrented/pirated software and therefore are being scammed, this is NOT an official software license.

Great service very happy with the quality of my purchase great price and received well packaged and 1 was kept informed all along the way

Its just all fake, I ordered a spigen case 4 years ago, it undercut the official price by 5 pounds so i got it, turns out they even make fake cases looooool, im guessing all the yeezys and other branded stuff are fake too, no idea why its 3.7 stars average, ah well lol
