Would recommend Eden Hot Tubs. Dan was very easy to talk to, giving all the honest information I needed. The hot tub was delivered to us in Aberdeenshire and even after a long drive, they were helpful in ensuring the hot tub was functional and in explaining what we needed to know regards to chemicals and filters.
The hot tub itself is great quality and easy to use. A worthwhile investment!

After much research into the hot tub market, I made contact with several providers. Dan from Eden responded immediately and was informative and helpful in guiding me to the perfect hot tub for my needs. My only concern was that Eden was based in Cornwall and I live on the opposite end of the country, but this proved to be no issue at all, as the hot tub was delivered as planned. I also had excellent service from the delivery Lads, who set up the hot tub for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden hot tubs and their team!

Fantastic level of service from Dan at Eden Hot Tubs from the very first conversation he was a source of knowledge and always available to answer my questions. From placing the order to delivery was only six weeks and I was given a time slot the day before delivery and once the hot tub was in place the delivery driver gave me a comprehensive brief on everything I needed to know to get the tub up and running I also had a phone call from Dan to check everything was okay. First class service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden Hot Tubs.

What we were so pleased about, is that you actually took the time to ask us what exactly we were looking for, including our budget and you then recommended the best hot tub to fit our requirements...... I bet there are so many other companies out there, that would just have tried to sell us an all singing all dancing hot tub to gain the most profit!!!

Dan was even in constsant contact during the installation, to see how things were going and once completed, made sure that we were happy.

Eden Hot Tubs have been great from first to last.
I left a message on their website and Dan called me the next day. There was no hard sell, or trying to persuade me to spend more than I wanted to, just practical advice and honest answers to my questions.
Delivery was very good, with the installation team being friendly and efficient. They talked me through controls, chemical dosing and maintenance, and answered my questions.
Post-sales care has been very good so far. This is clearly a company that cares about its customers and doesn't just cut them loose once the money is in the bank. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased the happiness hot tub from Eden hot tubs Dan the owner is a really nice fella, he's not pushy and kept me informed all the way through the ordering process.
He even went out his way to deliver on a Saturday as I work away from home all week, speedy delivery from 1st ordering.
His installation team are also great guys really friendly and knowledgeable.
Dan is only a phone call or txt message away from answering any questions you have, even after you have the tub the aftercare service is also great.

Got our hot tub delivered a few mths ago Dan was great kept me informed they had a problem with our lid so couldn't be delivered on the day but from ordering it and installation it was less that 3wks and the guys that installed it couldn't do enough filled it up and explained about the chemicals, also advised us about emptying it as well and if we had any problems to call them or Dan so could not recommend them enough its the best thing I've bought im in it everyday.

I recently purchased a Hot Tub from Eden Hot Tubs, The service I received was Great, Dan was so helpful from start to finish, Hot tub arrived with no issues and installed.
Me and my family are loving the new Hot Tub.
