Hayley has been fantastic from start to finish. Having spoken to a couple of national brokers before Hayley, we had been told it would be difficult for us to get a mortgage for the amount we needed due to our slightly unusual circumstances. We were about to give up on house hunting and accept that we would need to continue renting for the next year or so, but we were then put in touch with Hayley. From the first call Hayley was confident that she could help us and she did, and as of today we now have a mortgage offer for the amount we needed. Hayley has a vast knowledge of the mortgage application process and really goes the extra mile, responding to emails promptly and out of hours, and always answering my questions clearly. Superb service from start to finish. Needed a new buy to let within a very tight deadline...Hayley managed to get a mortgage accepted & worked very closely with the Property Management agency to organise a valuation with the tenant & also contacted & worked seamlessly with my solicitor. Hayley has arranged 2 mortgages for me previously during a very stressful time. She completed the transition swiftly and cheerfully, chasing up solicitors and dealing with any obstacle that got in the way... and there were a few!

Having searched, investigated and spoke to various Mortgage providers, Hayley narrowed the field down for my individual situation. If it wasn't for Hayley Skinner's Company, updating me and constantly pushing, communicating, emails, phone calls to a Conveyancing Solicitor and a Family Solicitor before a deadline date, I would NOT have got the Mortgage Hayley Skinner had arranged. Three months was the deadline for Both solicitors but they were constantly procrastinating but Hayley kept on top of the situation and stressing especially to the Conveyancing Solicitor the urgency for my mortgage to be released. Everything did go through with only days to spare. Thank god for Hayley - honestly, Hayley took the stress away from me because the solicitors were so frustrating.
