A perfect solution
A perfect solution even for more innovative projects. There's so much tech out there that just assumes you'll want to make a game in a very specific way, and you'll run into a cascade of problems for daring to try a new idea - but not with Edgegap! At every step, Edgegap offers multiple ways to get the job done so you can really get things set up exactly as you need them to be.
Even if every platform was so flexible and easy to use, I'd still stick with Edgegap just because of how friendly everyone is there. If you have any questions about Edgegap, of course they'll answer. If you have any questions about a specific game engine, they'll do the best they can to answer. Even if your questions are really dumb, they seem to happily answer all of them (please don't test this)!
So if you somehow find a missing feature you would like, it's not hard to request it! If it's viable, Edgegap will add it a lot faster than you'd expect something to be added to software, or you might even find they were already working on that feature you just asked for it 2 days too soon!
At this point, even if I found another host that did everything Edgegap can do, I would still stick with Edgegap because I know they deserve it and I know they will keep improving it.
