Amber was excellent in dealing with my enquiry and understood exactly what was required to set me up very quickly with new website and email hosting. - it makes such a difference when somebody knows what you are looking for and takes time to ensure what you need is delivered quickly and efficiently. Well, Craig bringing the butties when he comes to site, is always a bonus. That and the fact, he gets stuff done. Amber is just the best Technical Director ever. Dennis, thinks I am funny and he just rocks at Powershell (other skills are available if you need them). Niles is totally excellent, even though I am not funny. Laura is..... Well, she just keeps the whole team together and is good if you need to talk present ideas and growing veg. All in all, they are pretty good.

I have been working with Edmondson's IT now for just nearly 10 years now. The whole team are exceptional with their customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble! We have recently upgraded our phone system with Edmondon's and the whole process was very smooth and efficient (thanks Amber!)

We were utilising the service of Lilycoms, however, due to constant failures and lack of service we decided to work with Emondson's IT. Since our move across to this company, we have been thoroughly impressed with the support they have provided. The personal one-to- one support and attention to detail is particularly impressive. If you want a IT support company that delivers an exceptional service then do not look beyond Edmondson's IT.

We moved from another IT company due to them ripping us off and almost crashing our entire IT system, within 24hours on Xmas eve Edmondsons IT had us up an running without a glitch - highly recommend them - they are very responsive and friendly all the time.

Dennis Ayres of Edmondson's is a LEGEND for he fixed my IT problem that our former IT services provider gave me the impression they were fixing in the background but I now know, given the problem has happened again, that the problem was fixing itself and the IT services provider would quietly take the credit. I don't have time to wait for the problem to fix itself after days. Step forward Dennis Ayres who got on top of the problem very quickly and has told me the simple fix I need should it happen again - THANK YOU!

We switched to Edmondson’s IT from a large comms company in Manchester to enable us to have fast, efficient local service. It was a great decision as they have been excellent and very proactive at fixing our issues and implementing new structure into our IT.

Took on our IT services at very short notice and honoured an agreement that wasn’t their own until we got ourselves up and running properly again. Always on hand to assist over the phone or remotely and will come out if needed. Highly recommended friendly people

Got Edmondsons in to bring the company update. they helped design and run a new programme (Job tracker) for both our office staff and engineers on site. always a phone call away. we have since used them to bring our hardware systems up to date throughout and again the service was always great and turned up when they said they would

The transition from our old email system to our new Outlook system was seamless. Amber and the team have done a fantastic job. The transition was completed overnight with a technician at our office the next morning providing support for both laptops and phones. Any minor issues are always sorted promptly with remote support as necessary. Five star service

they did a migrations for us on our onedrive and everything went to plan as they said it would, was a very smooth transition with help on hand every step of the way. would like to give a special mention to Amber who was great throughout the whole experience.

Craig was really helpful in helping our business needs. Our previous provider was very unreliable, we were having issues every other day with our emails which was affecting our business operations.
