It was good experience using drafter
I ordered on 4th june and it received on 16th june . the courier service is not good . they said it will be delivered in 2-4 days . but it reached to me after 12 days. online process is good but delivery process is not quick.

Smooth, simple process to receive stamped document online
I was searching for a company online that would produce Notary Agreement document on specific India state rupee stamped paper for a India Pan card application for a Resident Association, this was required by India Protean Pan Card after the application was submitted! I came across this online company and after researching into the company and read the positive reviews. As a first time customer, I followed the step by step on their website, which was clear and simple to use. Shubham Sharma (Customer Operations Associate) was responsive within 24hours and as I paid for the extra service for an Advocate to review the draft, all communication was instant within 24hours. The stamped document was product and a copy was emailed. However I noticed an error in the stamped document, which I requested Mr Sharma to correct and was done and resent new copy. Overall the service is smooth, easy and simple guide to follow. However the Advocate and rep must check the words in the document before the final stage of stamping and approval. Please Don't rush.

Pathetic service
I had ordered agreement on 5 May 2026 and paid amount online and they sent me the draft but didn't execute and I was in delima that agreement will be stuck in currier service or transportation. Then finally I called on 18 may 2026. They had not executed the order only and one of the representative call and say the notary will be done in pune but I said it's Maharashtra. What a lay back attitude for customer service until you don't follow up your work will not be executed. Plz see if your notary is same district. They wasted my time money and energy.
Plz be concious before taking the service.

A few things for improvement to the edrafter executive team.
* Ensuring the website ask right questions while taking order, and validating area covered vs not covered, additional delivery charges for non-coverage area etc.
* There are various denominations stamp paper for different states, ensure you are making your site ask right questions and so make clients pay the right amount in the first order itself. (Avoid offline corrections as much as you could)
