Hi, thank you for your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry for the confusion and frustration caused. We understand how disappointing it can be to wait for a physical delivery and later realise the purchase was for an e-book format.
While the product page does mention the e-book format in multiple places, your feedback is valuable because it highlights that first-time buyers may still miss this during purchase. We’ll review how we present this information to make it even clearer and more prominent for beginners and new students.
We also appreciate your comments regarding customer support communication. We always aim to assist students patiently and professionally, and we’ll share this feedback with our team to improve the experience further.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience — feedback like this helps us improve.

Their support and timely delivery made the preparation process smooth and convenient. Highly recommended for ACCA students.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience and would like to clarify what happened.
After you placed your order for the ACCA SBL print books, we reached out to you twice via email (ifrs@eduyush.com and info@eduyush.com) to let you know that we're currently unable to ship print editions outside India. In those emails, we offered you two options — either switching to the eBook edition with a partial refund or cancelling the order for a full refund.
Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to either email. As a result, we went ahead and cancelled your order and issued a complete refund to ensure you weren't left out of pocket.
We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you haven't received your refund or if there's anything else we can help with, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at info@eduyush.com, and we'll resolve it right away.
We value every customer and are committed to providing a transparent and honest experience.
Best regards,
Team Eduyush
