Danny came over to our house to give us a quote and measure up our windows as we were considering replacing our bay windows. He was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Definitely worth talking to about replacing windows

A year long debacle of trying to get leaky, unfit for purpose windows fixed. Every time it rains, I have puddles of water on my floors.

Constant ghosting, where I have to call over and over to ever get anyone to talk to us. Forget email, obviously they dont want anything in writing so they'll work hard to avoid answering them. If you do push and get someone to talk to you, its ever ending disturbance with fitters coming out to try to rapair with missordered parts due to a disconnect between the fitters and the office workers.

Not to mention, regular sales calls and door knocks to try to sell me more of their shoddy product whilst this is ongoing.

Complaints staff are just as uncommunicative as the local branch staff. its been about a month since I was last able to get in touch with them, not that it matters as the reply is always 'next week'.

I'm currently taking it up with GGF, and seeking a refund. Hopefully they will light a fire under them to get them moving, or it'll be off to small claims, I suppose. Over a year of messing around... Shocking.

That being said, the fitters are for the best part absolutely fantastic blokes and have tried their best with the rubbish they have to work with.

Efficient installation

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are great when they want your business but their after sales service is shocking.

I really thought double glazing companies had moved on from the days of hard sell and crap service but EE Glazing certainly has not

One of EE Glazing engineers came out to me approximately two months ago and told me the door and surround was not fit for purpose as it did not have the necessary metal plate which stops the frame from bowing. He filled it with sealant to stop it leaking and told me that I needed a new door and surround. When I rang EE Glazing to query this as I hadn’t heard from them, they told me it wasn’t one of their doors and it’s nothing to do with them.

The work was completed under their previous company DG solutions which according to EE Glazing is nothing to do with them even though they have the same staff. The same salesman still calls me asking me for more work and the surveyor is the same. Strange that !

Now have to go through to Installsure to get the matter resolved

We had EE Glazing last year to fit windows at the front of the house and had the same team, albeit smaller (Darren, Simon and Cameron) back to complete the remainder of the house.
The product is good and the team are great; they are quick, efficient, professional and tidy.
I recommend them to anyone looking to replace windows.

We had a really friendly likeable salesman who wasn’t pushy like some companies and did us a great deal on top rate A+++ windows and front door. Fitters turned up on the day and were faultless with clean installation and thoughtful with rugs laid down and proper clean of all windows and doors and clean up of their work area. Proper service for quality windows and doors at great price, highly recommended!!

From start to finish I have been impressed with EE Glazing.
Josh came to our house to discuss options, he was professional, honest and easy to talk to. There was no hard sell and we felt at ease.
Our surveyor came round a few days later to double check all requirements- I cannot remember his name but again, very professional and was conscientious when it came to not taking up too much of our time.
Install day today was done by Darren, Simon, Cam, Keith and Niall. All very polite and respectful of our property and furnishings. Very efficient, arrived on time.

No problems, very polite team and have completed a exelant job and we are very happy with the work. Thank you.

Just had 5 windows, 4 of which are very large replaced today by the brilliant team of Darren, Simon & Cameron.
Team on installation where quick, extremely efficient & tidied up well behind themselves, a couple of small bits of old windows were missed due to being hidden in the Fir tree patch. Offered help moving anything I had moved back, protected the furniture left in the rooms.
Was pleased with the price as it was better than others quoted 4 years ago for windows that were over 30 years old & needed replacing.
Any contact made so far has been answered & dealt with promptly.
Looking forward to seeing the difference the new windows make.

one. Very happy with the result and I would thoroughly recommend EE Glazing.

Today we had 9 windows and a door put in,the team were great from start to finish. Not a speck of dust or dirt left behind. Darren, Simon, Cameron, and oli you were great. Such a happy group too. Thank you

Big thank you to Darren, Simon and Cameron who work for EE Glazing. They fitted a new patio door this afternoon but there were a few surprises that they did not expect. They were polite and professional. When the job was complete they tidied up and left the place clean. I would highly recommend this company.
