The eelo electric bike is brilliant, easy to use and rides like a dream. I've had the bike for 17 months now and I use it pretty much every day don't know what I would do without it. Had a problem with the bike at one point but I spoke to the guys at eelo who quickly sorted this for me. Big thanks to Keith Robertson at CPR Global. Would highly recommend

I bought this for commuting in a very hilly city. It's about 4.5 miles each way, and the bike gets charged once a week.
It meant getting to work faster and more reliably than on a bus, cheaper than driving, but without needing to shower and change when I arrived.
It also helped to relieve some side effects from a long-term injury which is aggravated by a regular bike.
I'm 5'6", and found it easy to adjust the bike to fit me.
The only disadvantage, which is common in any bike with small tires, is that it won't go as fast as a regular bike, but I felt that being able to have a consistent speed made up for that. I didn't find more than a couple of minutes difference on my commute.
I had some questions about the bike, and the response was prompt and helpful. The customer service is excellent.

Great bike, easy to fold and transport. Love that it can still be an ordinary bike, I only use the electric when going uphill. The after sales service is top notch, when I needed a new part it was sent out and arrived the next day, no hassle at all. It’s such an easy bike to ride and is great fun.

this company went out of there way to help me with some niggles with my bike i a can not thank them enough.

We are now the proud owners of four of these excellent electric bikes two of which are stored on our motorboat. The bikes and the great CPR customer service are in our view the best currently on the market. If you want a reliable, very high spec , well engineered, low maintenance , light compact electric bike with a good range for most uses including enough power for a 14 stone 6ft 2 rider to climb normal hills this should be your first choice .

Just bought two e-bikes to upgrade from our older models, the eelos are lighter and fold much better. The service we received from Richard was fabulous he helped with all questions and advice. The cycles were delivered to us in Nottinghamshire in less than 24 hrs,they come ready assembled so you are on the road in no time. The backpacks with indicators were a challenge but I think I have got them working correctly,
Once again great service 10 out of 10.

I have just experimented a great customer assistance.
I needed a spare part and the manager decided that he would have it sent to me to Italy free of charge!

I love my eelo bike. It’s so cute as 14 inches tyre.
I’ve been using everyday to go to work for 3 months now.
Of course is unavoidable we will experience puncture in tyre but the good thing is the company customer service is very helpful to assist & find a local bike repair shop for us. Amazing people!

Customer services very helpful answering my questions before purchasing this amazing bicycle. Also help in setting up the eelo cycling backpack. Very powerful bike. Needs a bit of getting used too but so pleased with it. The video advertising it sold it to me and there are hundreds of electric folding bikes out there to choose from I have definitely made the right decision. Have just given up my car. Already have a full size electric for shopping and the eelo is for travelling being much lighter.

Bought one of these for use when on board my boat due to the light weight and small size when folded. Loved it so much that I bought a second one for my wife. The existing e-bikes we owned were just too heavy!

Very helpful team. Send my Eelo foldable ebike in service after more then 500 miles of usage due to technical issues. The bike was fixed in a short time period and come back like new with electrical parts totally replaced and working perfectly fine. Was a very good experience. Thank you! Julian.

I broke my front light on my electric bike so i contacted Eelo electric bikes and Connor couldn't do enough for me he sent me a replacement straight away the sign of a good company is when they bend over backwards to replace it for free of charge a Brilliant company Once again Thank You Conner

Purchased one from Amazon and is a good bike. Easy to open/fold away. Comfortable to ride and powerful motor does the job...

Exceeded expectations.
I am absolutely delighted with this electric bike . It’s really fun to use and I can’t wait to take it away in our motorhome. The seat is very comfortable and the speed feels fast and fun . It certainly put a big smile on my face .I’ve also ordered the signalling backpack as I think this will be brilliant for winter .
Lots of interest from other cyclists . I did order 2x inner tubes but I’ve also now taken out the monthly accidental damage cover as at £9.99 a month this seems a no brainier .This will cover any parts which is essential as I will be using this regularly and this will keep me on the road. The warranty is brilliant but I wanted extra cover for accidental damage as this is a fairly expensive item . Very helpful pre sales service from Conor . I would certainly purchase another of these bikes .They do have a promotion with buy one get the second one half price which I didn’t notice until after I had purchased which was my fault so annoyed with myself for not researching properly as this would have been a saving of £750 !! Lesson learnt but hopefully someone else will benefit from this excellent promotion and get a pair as I should have done !
I think I will review this for my Motorhome YouTube channel because this would certainly appeal to Motorhomers being so compact and also so light which is always a consideration when loading a vehicle to go on holiday . I will be taking this to the NEC for the Caravan and Motorhome show in October . I am staying on the pop up campsite so this will be very useful to get around the site . Absolutely fabulous product that I will recommend to all who show an interest and as I said , I will be posting some reviews on YouTube after we have had a few trips away to use it .

I bought an eelo bike back in January and have been really impressed. Not only with the bike but the aftercare service which has been incredible. I have done 1200 miles on the bike in 6 months and had a problem recently with the throttle. Eelo did not quibble - were amazing in helping me find the problem - which transpired I just needed to clean the rear wheel hub!! Definitely recommend this bike on all grounds of a great compact electric bike with a fantastic aftercare service.

Ordered these bikes after trying them at a show. Delivered next day as promised, had some minor issues that were dealt with quickly and professionally by Connor. Trialed the bike for 20 odd miles and now I am completely satisfied that these bike were a good purchase for my needs. Light, foldable, 3year guarantee, modern looking, good mileage on a battery, queens awards. I have confidence with eelo’s service and back up.

On trying the bike out at a motorhome show, we were impressed with them. They were nice looking, the weigh was 16.6 Kilos, had won awards, handled well, folded in half and were easy to use.
We needed 2 bikes that:
Weren’t too heavy for the bike rack,
That I could lift on and off by myself, That would help us up the hills, when needed.
We bought 2 bikes, however, unfortunately there was an issue with one of the bikes, ( peddle Clunking) but on contacting Connor, the bike was collected and a replacement arriving within a day. Very happy with after service and now with both bikes.
Our daughter was home and wanted to ride one of the bikes, so we quickly set it up for her, and off she went.
We are really really happy with the bikes. They give us the ability to get the exercise we want, with the boost of help/power we need at times to get up the hills!
After doing 22 miles on one of the hottest days of this summer I did think I need to make adjustments to the seat, angle and position, to make it more comfortable, and maybe get a gel pad addition to the seat.
Also got the very light weight back packs with indicators for left/ right / straight on, and warning ⚠️. They are super light weight, really easy to use. One thing the bike would benefit from is a bell, to indicate to others that you are there.
Anyway, Really Really happy with the purchase. Thank you Connor.

Excellent service all the way through the process. Connor helped us at the Norfolk Motorhome Show and we bought 2 to use when away in our motorhome. They were delivered exactly on the day promised. There was a small fault with one bike and Connor immediately sent a replacement bike out and arranged collection of the faulty one. Can highly recommend this company, customer service is excellent. The bikes are great, easy to fold and great to use, very good to ride. 5*service. Definitely recommend

Great purchase, lightweight and compact,folds up really easily. Makes riding up the hills here in Bath very easy.
