DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! The products that they represent in their advertising are absolutely NOT what you will receive. I paid $68 for 4 artificial ferns that looked beautiful on the marketing and said they would "fill 4 pots". What I received was a joke, there were 4 individual branches of a fake fern that looked like I could have gotten them at a local dollar store. They were so cheap and tiny. When I asked about returning them they said "this is what our ferns look like, we suggest you spread them out" and then eventually offered me $5 back. This is not a reputable company at all, I do not recommend buying anything from them.

Ordered 4 packs of large Boston ferns, only to receive 1 small package containing 4 tiny plastic ferns. Paid £50 for these! Complained by email and asked to send a photo, which I did. The reply came back saying ‘this is what our ferns are like, we suggest you spread them out’. It would be laughable if I hadn’t spent so much money on them. I’m still emailing them. They offered 8 dollars compensation which is absolutely ridiculous. How is this company still operating?? It’s beyond me! Surely something or someone can do something?!

If I could choose zero stars I would!
I truly wish I had looked this scammer up before I purchased.

If you are considering making a purchase, DON’T!

The products are not the photo you see. They are cheap, poorly made, and look like they were purchased at a local Dollar Tree, or worse.

The scammer replied to my email, stating that the product was “ just the way our ferns look”, but it not the way the ferns looked in the photo stolen to scam people.

I asked for a refund. Ha! I’m going to my credit card company now, to dispute.

This scammer should be shut down!

I just received my bits of plastic from EETTSY i sent a email and get a email back tell me too send a picture of what I received. after reading the comments on here I don't think I will be getting response back
Ok I got a response from EETTSY they have offered me a 5 dollar refund which I refused they then asked what I want told them I want what they show on the video or a full refund waiting to see what happens now. Hi just got another email from EETTSY offered 8 dollar refund or a full refund sent a address to post back but in Chinese an one know the address in English.

i ordered these going on the the advertised product these looked good but in reality when the product arrived they were made of cheap plastic
i contacted eettsy for a refund as it states a 90 day risk guaranteed return and all they offered is 8 dollars

This company are scammers, its called Eettsy I havent received my order from them and when you go to their website to contact them YOU CANT!!!Please DO NOT order anything from them you will get ripped off, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.!!!

SCAM…SCAM!! Ordered large Boston ferns as advertised, they took payment, no tracking provided, after months received 2 ultra small poor quality twigs of green. WARNING….. DONT DO IT!!!

Horrible company. Advertised beautiful ferns and when I received them, they were like little twigs. They state items can be returned within 30 days for full refund, but that is a total lie. They offered me $5 back on my $65+ purchase.

Once again, scammed! Plastic beads and something that is supposed to look like teeth. No teeth, no case, nothing that was advertised! FAKE FAKE FAKE!!!

Waiting on my item that they said was undeliverable. They totally misrepresented an item I purchased. WARNING: SCAM. As well as refuse to refund my purchase.

TOTAL SCAM. Paid with paypal and they creidted me back. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING horrible and fake company

So my girl sent me a link from Facebook for the Premium Denture they (Omodeon) advertise there & i ordered 3 sets (2Male, 50+ & 1Female, 50+) Totalling: $84 approximately. Turns out it was a scam, i was ripped off. I did recall in retrospect that in the advertisement it did say that their product was available exclusively through Eettsy.com & to beware of phonies, so there it is. I searched out Eettsy.com & there was the Premium Denture set i saw before & this time i ordered the same sets through Eettsy’s site. I received them yesterday which is approximately 2 weeks from order until delivery. The tracking stinks, they even sent me a FedEx tracking number that was bogus & the only assurance was the Package Sent, On Its Way notice on the confirmation e-mail sent for the transaction itself. The item is NOT what’s advertised & instructions for fitting are inconsistent. The ad certainly sells it as a FDA approved & ADA certified dental product but so far probably that too is not true -though this is only my opinion. At this time i just want to repackage the items & return it to the sender with a memo as to why included.

The item shown on Facebook is a huge fern flower. All I got was a little sad looking branch....NOTHING like was advertised.

I should know better. Total scam. LESS than dollar store quality and no where near the size they advertise. Wish I would have read reviews first. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM ANYWHERE OTHER THAN AMAZON EVER AGAIN

Item they advertise for sale is not what they send out ,what they actually send is an inferior version that costs £3 off temu or shein .
Avoid these con artists at all costs !!!!
Will be reporting to trading standards .

I would like to say thank you trustpilot and the reviewers input regarding the truth about eettsy. I thought it was a bit too good to be true and that's why I checked it out. I'm so upset because I was so happy to be able to get some of my confidence back due to having these so called amazing and affordable dentures and it's totally taken that 5 minutes of happiness away and i don't think any of these scammers actually care about how they effect people's mental health and infact i know they don't care. I'm just glad I never went through with the payment. We all have to remember that if it sounds to be true then it's more than likely not. And that's when we should be researching it and not relying on the social media. They don't care about us either cause it's all about money and greed. And Facebook Instagram WhatsApp etc are the worst kind of apps to have because it's well known for those apps to easily hack into customers devices and that's why I deleted my accounts due to issues with my phone and nothing now that I have deleted them. So thanks again guys.
