At first I was disappointed the first pair of goggles I bought were too wide for my face and with no way to adjust to make them have a full seal.
I wrote customer service to ask about exchanging and they were so quick to reply with a solution.
They directed me to the model for narrower faces, agreed to send them immediately free of charge.
When dealing with a company found on instagram for the first time, you never know the response you’ll get, even if you get a response at all. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and quickly the exchange took place.
I have only great things to say about Effortless Swimming. Including how comfy the goggles are.

BEST GOGGLES EVER! I have been swimming in open water all my life and have tried numerous goggles to find ones that don’t leak, and don’t fog so much I can’t see where I’m going. I have been doing the routine of smearing a little baby shampoo inside my old goggles to make them less foggy and that has helped but these goggles let me have crystal clear vision the entire time I am in the water - including the one hour swims. The goggles fit comfortably without having to be strapped very tight-no leakage, no treading water halfway through a swim to adjust.

I have a smaller head and the first pair I tried did not fit perfectly. I was so disappointed and I am ashamed to share that I sent a snarky message to effortless swimming. They responded by sending me the STRIKE model which fits like a dream, along with a very kind message. I used the smaller nose bridge strap and that conformed it to my face beautifully.They sent the STRIKE mirror which has been great for my sunrise swims here in South Florida - no glare even under these super bright conditions.

I am thrilled with these goggles - I will be buying the STRIKE in clear for those days when I have to pool swim

I am incredibly impressed with the customer service. They responded generously to my unfair remarks and quickly provided me with a different set of goggles that exceeded all expectations. The integrity and kindness are outstanding. If you are hesitant to try this new brand the customer service makes it safe and worthwhile!

This was my second Maldives Swim camp and I am now counting days to the third one! The kind of attention that the coaches give to each swimmer (irrespective of their levels) is extraordinary. I am the slowest but I am always swimming with a coach and always being encouraged. Along with group coaching every swimmer has 1 on 1 sessions with the coaches. Just imagine being trained by world class coaches (Tas, Brenton, Laura) who are extremely passionate teachers and humans, in a beautiful place! The postive energy and vibes of this camp should be experienced by all!!!!

I was intrigued by the goggles. The promise of next to no marks was very appealing. I received my goggles but, since I have a small face, I could not achieve a good seal. However, the material was very comfortable so I reached out to the company to ask if they had another model that would fit me better, ready to make another purchase. Instead, they sent me a replacement for free. I can't wait to try them on - fingers crossed. Impeccable customer service!

First of all, thank you so much for the goggles. They were a huge surprise. After testing them today, I can say that open water swimming in these goggles is a real pleasure. The visibility is absolutely fantastic, the goggles don't fog up, and the soft elastic straps don't put pressure on the eye area. I've tested a lot of goggles, but these are truly brilliant and worth recommending. Thank you again, five stars well deserved.

My daughter’s new favourite swim racing goggles are the Strike goggles. I really like the Recon goggles for laps. Our purchase came with useful swim tutorial videos. This company is a breath of fresh air—when we had an issue with a pair of Flex goggles, I was pleasantly surprised to be able to contact someone who really cares and promptly helped. My best Facebook purchase.

Wow! The Maldives swim camp was absolutely wonderful! I was pretty nervous to attend considering I'm not a very fast swimmer and swim 3 times per week, not 5 days in a row twice per day! BUT ... Brenton, Tas and Laura were so welcoming and encouraging that all fear melted away from the very first session. The program was so varied and fun that I didn't want it to end! My husband attended as a non swimming partner and was also so welcomed in by the coaches and entire group. It was the perfect setting where you could take your own pace or challenge your newly developed skills in the beautiful open water. Truely amazing experience I will carry into my swimming for years to come!

Absolutely fabulous experience with Brenton, Tas and Laura. All three coaches were so generous with their knowledge and time. Training techniques were excellent and the 5 day program was a great mix of one to one coaching and group swims. We loved it so much we are coming back for another camp in a different spot next year. Highly recommended.

A wonderful combination of beautiful, relaxed island swim spot mixed with marvellously interesting people from all over the World and a professional/personable swim coach team. Lifted my swimming and my joy.

Maldives swim camp was incredible- great location, well run, great balance of in and out of water training, and yet again a great coaching experience with Laura, Tasmynne and Brenton. Choice of resort also fabulous - lovely place, definitely a luxury! but with more casual atmosphere than have heard at other resorts. I also have to comment on the very user friendly set up online, and with skillest and the coaching videos clearly demonstrating angles and lines. Have been impressed at the improvement in my technique shown on video! The online support is excellent. The products as well are fantastic- best prescription goggles I have found with adjustable nose piece and shape/depth with eyelash extensions 🤣. I would love to see more options for tinting and colour for Rx goggles! Anti fog is again best I’ve found- long term heavy use I do like to add anti fog. Last of all, I loved it all so much I’m planning my next camps! The combination of travel to a great holiday destination and swimming activities is just awesome. The little touches like providing lovely and practical souvenirs of a great trip took it to the next level. Thank you again.

Brenton, Tas and Laura are not just swim Profis as coaches, their social competency makes the small group a team in a short time of a week.
Summer Island is a perfect location for those who love warm, crystal clear water with lots of sealife.

I attended the Maldives swim camp and had the best time! I had such a great experience swimming around the island with the other camp participants. There was a comprehensive variety of sessions scheduled throughout the week to cover every aspect of freestyle (with opportunities to work on other strokes as well). The coaches were exceptional communicators and went out of their way to make sure that we were getting the most out of the program as possible. I gained so many valuable insights into how I can personally improve my stroke through all the video analysis and one-on-one coaching sessions. My only regret is that I never attended one of these camps sooner!

Just spent a few days in the Maldives with Effortless Swimming and it was incredible. Massive shoutout to Brenton, Tas, and Laura — so supportive, kind, and genuinely great communicators. They'd film our strokes, break it down, and give really specific tips to work on, but never in a way that felt overwhelming. Also just really fun, warm people who made the whole group vibe so good.
Learned more in a few days than I have in years of swimming on my own.
And the setting was simply unreal. Crystal clear water, incredible sea life, gorgeous beaches - you really can't beat it.
10/10 experience. Already can't wait to book again.

Hands down the best customer service I've received in a long time. The team were responsive and offered a quick and favourable solution to the issue I had. The goggles are fantastic too. I actually forgot I was wearing them they were so comfortable.

So I was HEAVILY marketed these googles on every media platform and eventually gave in when they promised no leaks and no goggle marks (on top of the guarantee that they don't fog). I spent twice as much as my normal goggles. The flex goggles leaked unless they were super tight and then left the worst goggle marks I've ever had if I tightened them up. They fog up just as bad as any other goggles. I contacted support who would not issue a refund despite their refund policy and instead sent another model to try. These do not leak as bad but they still fog, they still leave worse goggle marks and strangely enough they encourage you to go cross-eyed when you put them on (my wife said the same thing without me mentioning it when she tried them on). These are not special goggles. They are worse than my normal brand and double the price. Buy in to the over-marketed hype at your own peril.

Quick delivery. They actually do NOT leave an imprint around your eyes. They are comfortable. Dip them in the pool for clear vision. A suggestion: put on your goggles but don’t press firmly against your eye sockets.

I want to thank the support services of Effortless Swimming for being responsive to my feedback.My first pair of swim goggles (Recon model) were not a good experience with poor double vision in the lenses when swimming in inside pools. Following my feedback, they didn't hesitate in offering me a replacement pair of any style. I chose the Strike model and they are much better in vision. I also commend them on changing their packaging to recyclable, without the plastic.
