I can't seem to access my policy. It ask for my name, D.O.B,SSN and policy #but still, I couldn't access my information.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Blake! Very informative. He made sure I understood every aspect of my policy. Every question I had was answered honestly. Great Agent!

Over all a pretty easy process and everyone was informative of where I was in the process through text and email.

I was looking for insurance to cover my future cremation, and I somehow got connected to eFinancial. The customer service rep who called me, Lisset C., was very professional and kind. She walked me through a couple of options. The first choice was a bit expensive for me, so we moved on to choice #2 which was accepted. Lisset understood my situation... I have no immediate family left (I was the youngest) and have no one to take care of. I just needed to make sure my final costs were met so as not to burden anyone else.
