Just do not use them
Just do not use them. Trust the reviews and spend your money elsewhere. Their claim of 96% of their deliveries arriving on time is utter fabrication. They will never deliver on time and never accept responsibility for dead flowers arriving days later. They should be left to go out of business naturally as all terrible businesses always do.

Dreadful. Worst flowers ever
Flowers received were half dead and not what was ordered. After complaining eventually sent me a replacement bouquet - half the size and almost dead. Again flowers went in the bin. Disappointed as my son ordered them for my birthday. Total rip off. Company couldn’t care less. You would get much nicer flowers from your local service station. Don’t waste your money ordering from this company.

Ordered flowers for my partner for her birthday a week in advance. Nothing arrived , received a email saying there had been a hold up with delivery. Contacted customer service. There not even interested.

Daughters Flowers
I ordered a Deluxe Sunflower in all shades of yellow bouquet for my daughter’s retirement after working for the NHS for 37 years and it’s also her birthday today. She received a bouquet that had 2 sunflowers and all mixed colour of flowers, it did not look anything like the advertised image, could have bought better for £10.00 in a supermarket.
Nightmare
I have never encountered such a frustrating service before. I ordered a bouquet of flowers, and just two minutes later, I needed to cancel the order because the recipient's address had changed. However, when I reached out to customer service, they refused to either cancel the order or update the address.

Bad company to order from, got flowers today from My son, from UK absolutely disappointing to say the last, they arrived in a box half dead a handful of weeks rose's that I could get in Lidl or Aldi for 3-99 will definitely be telling him not to purchase from eflorist again.
Sad wilted flowers that arrive late
I ordered for next day delivery for a friend’s birthday flowers. I paid the premium delivery charge but they didn’t arrive. A day later, the flowers arrived and they arrived in a box. The flowers inside were sad looking to say the least and very wilted. Nothing like the flower arrangement I thought I’d ordered. I’ve seen better in a service station. Avoid this company… I will be from now on

Ordered a gorgeous summer bouquet for daughters birthday, description was a large number of gerberas, some chrysanthemums with a few other flowers to make it a summer bouquet. What was delivered was a disgrace of £32. The free box of chocolates was missing as well loads of flowers. Basically a gerbera & 2 bunches of chrysanthemum were delivered. When I contacted them showing the huge discrepancy in photos they refunded me £2, not even worth the box of chocolates that was missing. Eflorist then went on to say we hadn't followed the care plan despite the photo taken within minutes of delivery. I would've been better off spending half the amount of money on a bouquet from M&S or even Lidl but my daughter lives away from me. DON'T BUY, SCAMMERS
Withered greens not a flower bouquet
I didn’t even want to give one star but I didn’t have a choice to get into the review..The flowers were a disgrace a couple of roses and all green that I have already got in the garden, they were withered and came 2 days after my birthday so not even on time and this possibly added to the withered look. I was gutted as my daughter sent them from Australia and paid a lot for cheaply picked garden greens with a few wild roses. I emailed a complaint with pictures but they ignored the email.

Bought the serenity bouquet for £30 for my wife’s birthday.What turned up was a pitiful bunch of flowers that looked like the last out of date flowers for £2 at Lidls. Please don’t give this company your hard earned money

Misled – Poor Quality & Misrepresentation
This company is a scam. The bouquets I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised, even after ordering the larger, more expensive option. The flowers were already wilting and appeared far from fresh — more like a £5 bunch you'd find at a service station.
It seems their business model relies on misleading customers with curated photos that don’t match the actual product. I feel completely deceived and would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality or honesty.
Never again
Never again, ordered flowers for my daughters birthday, realised soon after she wouldn't be at home so asked to change address. Got an email quickly saying no, asked for a refund so could reorder...never heard back. Only gave 1 star as you couldn't give zero! Avoid at all cost!
Do not use this company when buying…
Do not use this company when buying flowers especially for special occasions. They come out appealing and not nice at all. Cheap quality and now my partner is upset on her birthday. Paid a lot for them too and their customer service is so bad. No contact number and can’t get a hold of them.

If you’re about to order from eflorist, STOP. My flowers arrived badly damaged, broken stems and flower heads that had been forced in to a box that was too small and were then left in full sun to wilt, without a knock on the door or any communication to say they were waiting for me. It really upset me and spoilt our wedding anniversary.
They have no telephone number and the part-time chat bot told me it had too many customer enquiries and couldnt reply to me. ….. I suspect alot of complaints. Dont waste your money. Go elsewhere for your flowers.
Appalling qualiy and customer service
Appalling customer service. Terrible quality flowers. They arrived in bud, and proceeded to die. The false advertising is actually criminal. I was presented with a picture on the website, which I based my decision to purchase on. I followed the care instructions, contacted customer service and explained my dissatisfaction, and have been emailing with pictures each day of the flowers further decline. They are now gaslighting me, saying that they are pleased to see that the flowers are "fresh, meet the advertised colour scheme, and are to value". They look NOTHING like the picture I based my decision to purchase on. I wish I could attach photos here
