AVOID EF Medispa!
They are super unprofessional and disorganised!
I’ve been asking politely 10 times to give me the reimbursement for the UNCOMPLETED PROCEDURES as the treatments that been advised by the doctor made a horrific bad influence on me.
Obviously excuses,excuses.
Nobody got in touch,just giving empty promises.
I warned the medical consultant about my concerns and it turned out these treatments instead of making me looking better,just caused more problems in return..
I’m still waiting for the reimbursement!

Lidia is one of the most professional and precise therapist I have ever been with for my facials, my skin has never felt better. Her facial massage during the facial really improved blood flow in my face and has made my face feel slightly more sculpted due to technique.

She has also helped me improve my at home routine by going into detail about many different ingredients and how they can help improve my skin + how they work.

Would 100% Recommend and will be coming in again, thank you Lidia!

Overpriced scam…. Went in for simple Botox and came out with ‘face design’ which I thought cost £500 but it was £2,000!!! Went down a rabbit hole of treatments that I didn’t need as per Dr Ivy who advised me and made me feel as if I needed more work than I did. I was always rushed and at times, waited an hour to see her. I’m now £6k out of pocket and have asked for money back. The last treatment I bought they didn’t even complete so, they are thieves as well. General Manger Violeta is slow to reply, claims they need 20 days to investigate and now- still no money back!

Not happy and now very poor in a cost of lining crisis after using money taut was left to me by my mother who died. All the while, they are traveling around the world promoting themselves. Shame on you EF!

The staff is friendly and professional, the service is excellent (if not cheap).

I have had a great experience with both the service provided and the products purchased. The Monpure Protein Shampoo has done wonders to my hair, it both feels and looks a lot stronger. I especially love the Alpha Science HA Booster serum. It works immediately and provides all day hydration, and is extremely compatible with my sensitive skin.

Will definitely be repurchasing above products!

I am on my third bottle of the multi repair barrier cream! Absolutely love it, recently just got off accutane and it’s the perfect texture for dry/neutral skin, and doesn’t feel too much on the skin. Absorbs nicely, also wear under makeup. My go to daily moisturiser, thanks to the recommendation of the clinic!!

I’ve had such a great experience at Ef Medispa the team were really kind to me and I had a facial I went through what I needed with the coordinator and she really advise me on everything I needed to do the step by step I would definitely recommend going if you are looking to upgrade your skincare game defo book a bespoke facial

Just completed a course of intensive peel treatment and very VERY happy with the results achieved! I have been told by close friends and family my skin is glowing! For many years, I have relied heavily on high coverage foundation to conceal the dark patches. I finally feel more confident, youthful and beautiful. I recently had a Hydrafacial treatment at EF Medispa, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The specialist who performed the treatment was incredibly professional and took the time to inquire about my specific skin conditions and concerns before we began.

Had a lovely experience at EF Medispa. Was promptly booked in for my consultation at the Kensington clinic. Meeting Zoe, the treatment coordinator, was very reassuring given her years of experience and knowledge of all the treatments they had to offer. Given this was my first time here, I felt confident that I was being recommended with the best options for the results I wanted. Needless to say, I wasn't wrong and the results spoke for themselves. I received many compliments from family and friends. Thank you to the team at EF Medispa, I will definitely be back and happy to recommend to many others.

I wanted a facial. It was £120! It was the most basic of facials I’ve ever had. I’ve had many in and around Kensington. I’d had a migraine the day before, so I was so looking forward to a peaceful treat. Sweet girl, but she talked non-stop about other treatments! I felt as if she’s was desperately trying to sell me an expensive treatment to follow up. The lights were far too bright. At no stage did she dim them, I specifically asked at reception whether it included a massage, she said it did, however she only massaged the creams in! Other MUCH cheaper places offer arm/hand neck & shoulder massage whilst the mask is on! Nothing, she just kept washing up the bowls. It was so unrelaxing and not what I was expecting for the price. I will not be going there again!

Terrible customer service. Took away my laser leg hair removal for not attending after going through trauma.
Also paid thousands for the cellulite removal and did not work either.
Service are grumpy. And I regretted going with these people as soon I had 2 nd session. Because of the grumpiness

I was looking for a solution for my saggy skin. I went to EF Medispa and I met with Zoe. She is amazing, extremely knowledgeable, professional and has friendly attitude. She helped me to pick the right treatment for my skin. Now I am having Radiofrequency and my skin looks amazing. All therapists are great but Virginia is exceptional.She is very caring and courteous. She knows what she is doing and applies the right treatments and creates magic. My skin got clearer and firmer and everyone tells me I looked 10 years younger!

This is the worse botox job I have ever had. There is one botox lady at the Kensington branch who does not do a proper job and then only tries to sell you every other treatment. Not great for insecure women, to which I am not. This is just an honest review. She is not very good with eyes as does not put the needle down far enough so your bags stay there even after a follow up appointment. Only recommends lifting your cheeks, fixing your chin, etc to which you then think about. Then no refund or anything even though I only asked for a partial refund for the eye area. Then went into the Chelsea branch and the lady does not follow up after the first follow up to which she says you can go back to the same lady as there are no other employees. Who wants to go back to this scamming lady? What a bad experience!!! Do NOT go to EF Medispa Kensington or Chelsea. They do not know what customer service is.
