EFX Awards Reviews

We have been using EFX for our annual awards for a few years now and I would highly recommend them! Dave makes the process very easy from start to finish. It really puts your mind at rest to have a supplier that you can rely on. We wouldn't use anyone else!

We have used EFX for well over 10 years now for our annual awards. Our contact, Dave, is excellent and always very responsive to any emails we send. Awards are proofed and delivered on time, always - every single year without fail..! Highly recommend.

EFX were so easy to deal with.
From the initial idea to the overall design, EFX were quick to come back with design changes and they delivered the final product bang on time.
They exceeded our expectations with great quality too.

These guys have been our trophy providers here at England Ice Hockey now for quite a few seasons and there effort to help us is more than we could ever ask for, Sharron and the team have been great for years, and hopefully for years to come

We've worked with EFX to supply our awards trophies for almost 10 years, and we can't recommend them enough. Great support and very accommodating to make or life easier.

Huge thank you to Sharron and team for helping us bring to life new style trophies for our 8th Annual Gender Awards.

They were perfect – and looked amazing! Thank you for all your help getting this sorted so seamlessly – it was super appreciated.

We’ll certainly be back next year and will also recommend you to our other colleague award teams.

Excellent customer service, dealt with my query promptly, offered advice and guidance. Workmanship is top quality, the items and engravings arrived in an immaculate condition and before the deadline. My client was very pleased. Many thanks indeed! Highly recommended.

EFX has been producing trophies for our Annual Awards Black Tie event since 2011. Not only is the quality superb, but the prices are 'correct' and the delivery times are impressive. I would also like to praise Dee for her for her courtesy but most of all for the speed of her reactivity ! It's always a pleasure to work with her.

Fantastic range of awards backed up by brilliant customer service throughout the process of creating our awards. We wanted to work with the best in the business and EFX Awards delivered.

From the initial consultation through the production to final shipping of our awards, the EFX Awards team were professional, friendly and provided great advice helping ensure we got the very best awards for our competition, on budget and on time.

We recently worked with EFZ Awards to create our trophies for our annual awards event. From start to finish, the service was brilliant - from prompt responses to really just bringing our vision for them to life. We were all totally in love the final products (so much so I wanted to keep one for myself!) and they looked brilliant on the awards night itself. Thank you so much to all at EFX awards for all your work on them (particularly Sophie), we couldn’t have been happier and are looking forward to coming back year on year to replicate the trophies.

Dave is very helpful and has produced our trophies for multiple award ceremonies and conferences. Winners are always very pleased to receive their beautiful trophies :)

Dealt with Jack from the team and could not be happier with the finished product. The communication from start to finish was brilliant and the design team not only made a work of art but also clearly took the reigns and researched our company and brought together my ideas with their own.

A massive plus is they also do bespoke designs on a low minimums that really helps when trying to make something special. There aren't many companies out there that offer this and with the professionalism and quality that we received.

Looking forward to working together again in the future!

Extremely happy with the service provided by EFX. I've used them for our awards for the last three years now and know that they will deliver on time and with an excellent product. Prices are competitive too! Thank you Sophie and Sarah for your help again, I'll be back next year!

We were extremely excited to work with EFX, from start to finish the customer service was absolutely amazing! We could tell they were truly motivated and enthusiastic to create us a bespoke award that conveyed exactly what we wanted to achieve. Throughout the whole process from the design, manufacture and up until delivery, they ensured we were continually updated and answered any queries we had promptly and efficiently. They were even able to ensure swift manufacture/delivery in the short time frame we gave them prior to the ceremony. We will 100% be using EFX again for our 2022 awards, everyone that has seen the awards has commented on how brilliant they are. The quality and finish of the awards was amazing, they really did exceed our expectations, we highly recommend using EFX. A big thank you from everyone at the Thin Blue Paw Foundation for making our awards so special.

The team at EFX Awards has made my trophies for over 25 years. Why? Because they manufacture to the highest quality and they NEVER let you down. Here's to the next 25 years.

Excellent service with an A++. I highly recommend EFX they are the best in the business.

First class service from EFX who have created a bespoke award. The trophy is absolutely incredible and the liason whilst planning and designing the award was swift and effective. Carla and Melanie were both incredibly helpful and I thank them both. I highly recommend this company to all.

Excellent service provided by the Team, in particular Dave! Dave was fast at responding to all of my emails, very friendly and effectively resolved an issue whereby the incorrect trophy was ordered. Thank you Dave and EFX!
