EG Chauffeurs - London & UK Wide Reviews

Ben and Emra were very professional, on time/reliable, and helpful. The company was easy to work with through email (my preferred method), but also called when necessary. I used them for pickup and return to LHR, trips to and from Eurostar terminal and New Year’s Day parade drop off. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

EG Chauffer Service WOWED us with their excellent service. We used them for 4 journeys over a period of 8 days and we could not have been more pleased. They go the extra steps to make sure their clients are given the best experience. It was so convenient to have them pick up and drop off from hotel to hotel. My husband and I did not want to drive in the UK and we also did not want to depend on trains(which went on strike during our visit.) Nor did we want to waste precious time waiting for trains/connections. EG allowed us to focus on our travel experiences. The EG drivers were friendly, reliable and committed to our needs. The vehicle was immaculate and comfortable.

Thank you EG for your professional and courteous service. John and I look forward to seeing you on our next trip!

A strike cancelled our train service from London to Paris and we were desperate to find transportation with less than a week’s notice. This entire service was perfect. The owner was very responsive and helpful as we made our reservation, and our driver Ben was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. We could not have asked for more.

Great service, gentleman was waiting exactly where he said he was going to be. Helped my parents with luggage. Received great contact information 24 hours prior to arrival. Six passenger Mercedes van was exactly what we needed and plenty of room for luggage. Even gave us a bit of history and tour on our way into Central London . Would not have any reservations on recommending this great service. See you next time I land in London. Cheers

Best Chauffeur Service in London.
Great experience arranging the service for each transfer, excellent service and always very reactive to last minute changes. Very professional drivers. I highly recommend EG Chauffeurs

Efficient, courteous, and went out of their way to accommodate a last-minute booking for a non-account customer. Thank you.

A five star company! Yesterday Jimmy provided totally wonderful service, skilfully driving us in great comfort, and with a very considerate manner: the whole day went well. He made the long journey a far better experience than we had envisaged, as we were able to relax and feel secure. Thank you EG Chauffeurs for your detailed understanding of our requirements for this occasion and for fulfilling them so expertly.

My compliments to EG Chauffeurs on their excellent service. Our driver, Raimond, was punctual, extremely personable and attentive to our requests. He was quite knowledgeable about London, providing us with some interesting information on the drive out of town. We arranged for an 8 hour hire and thoroughly enjoyed our drive out to Kent, due to his professionalism and friendly disposition. The car was spotless and correspondence w/EG Chauffeurs was easy via email. They were prompt in their responses and helped us arrange our day with ease. Solid company with first rate service!
