This is truly the only clinic I would go to. I’ve found them many years ago, back when I used to live nearby the clinic and from the very first experience with dr.Ancuța Țiplic I knew they are professionals and highly skilled doctors. Although I moved to Southampton during Covid times, they remained the only clinic I’d go to. I now had treatments done by dr.Ana Andreea Vasiliu and my experience remains unchanged. Dr Ana Andreea is such a lovely person, emphatic, kind, very careful, always making sure that you’re feeling comfortable and she’s highly skilled. I did not feel anything during the treatment and although I left the clinic with a weird smile (from the numbness), it has been a very sincere one. The whole team, together with the nurses are simply wonderful. Feeling grateful for finding them, because I know how difficult it is to find good dentists. The only minus is that they don’t have the clinic closer to Southampton… thank you very much!!!

Daca vreti sa aveti parte de un tratament ortodontic incheiat cu succes,nu apelati la aceasta clinica si mai ales la dna Maria Carmen Costea -medic ortodont-clinica Egodent!
Pe o perioada de 22luni,aceasta doamna mi a fost medic ortodont,din pacate si spun din pacate,pt ca am avut parte de nenumarate,intamplari neplacute, umilinta(in opinia mea)si lipsa totala de profesionalism si din partea dumneaei si din partea dlui Vlad Mateciuc,angajat Egodent!Dupa 22luni,care ar fi trebuit sa fie practic un tratament ortodontic pe o perioada de peste 24luni pt care am achitat-5500£,mult prea mult pt cat am avut parte de tratament ortodontic si pt rezultatul nesatisfacator-muscatura mea nu este corecta,dintii nu sunt intercuspidati,afectiunea mea temporomandibulara este inca existenta,pt ca dna Costea a decis sa nu imi mai faca gutiera/splint ATM,din aceasta cauza lucrarile mele protetice nu sunt cum ar trebui sa fie si asta nu din cauza stomatologului sau al technicianului,ci din cauza dnei Costea,care nu a incheiat tratamentul ortodontic cum ar fi trebuit si conform planului de tratament semnat de catre amandoua,de mine si de dumneaei!Am avut parte de a lungul tratamentul ortodontic in cadrul programariilor pt activare aparat dentar in acesti 2ani,de lipsa de respect,umilinta,punandu ma sa ma spal pe dinti in cabinet,cand mereu mi s a spus de catre dumneaei ca igiena mea este impecabila si multe altele pe care le am scris intr o plangere impotriva dnei Costea,(unde am atasat si dovezi)catre clinica Egodent,care efectiv nu mi a fost luata in seama,am terminat de platit tratamentul si de atunci sunt ignorata total de cei de la Egodent!Dl Vlad Mateciuc,foarte arogant si ironic,l am tratat cu respect,a ridicat tonul cand vb la telefon cu dumnealui,fara motiv!A spus ca nu conteaza recenziile proaste de la pacienti ,ci cele bune,tocmai cele proaste ar trebui sa conteze,pt a vedea ce se poate imbunatatii la aceasta clinica si la personalul ei,dar na aroganta nu te lasa sa vezi mai departe de lungul nasului!Banii conteaza,din pacate...Dezamagita si de catre dna Ancuta Tiplic,directoarea clinicii Egodent,am crezut ca va tine cont de plangerea mea si ca opinia si experienta mea ca si pacient,conteaza pt Egodent,se pare ca nu!Multumesc dnei Maria(asistenta dnei Costea),domnisoarelor de la receptie si dlui Dragos Cotinghiu,foarte atenti si cu bun simt,despre restul nu pot spune acelasi lucru,ma refer la dna Costea,dl Vlad Mateciuc si dna Ancuta Tiplic,dna Tiplic,dupa plangera facuta,m a intrebat daca sunt ok si atata,m a invitat la clinica dupa ce am trimis emailuri sa vb despre plangere,dar asta dupa multe emailuri trimise catre Egodent,cum s a mai pasesc eu cu incredere in aceasta clinica sa discut despre ce mi s a intamplat,dupa cum am fost tratata?!?Dezamagita si stresata si frustrata,e putin spus.... Efectiv au contribuit in a imi provoca,stres,griji si confuzie.Dupa ani de stres si griji si atentie,din partea mea,in a imi reface dantura,sunt dezamagita de rezultat,dar mai ales dezamagita de comportamentul acestor 3persoane,din cadrul clinicii Egodent!Chiar am avut incredere enorma in personalul acestei clinicii si mereu am recomandat o altora si regret enorm!Am cerut sa mi se restituie o parte din banii platiti inapoi, bineinteles ca sunt ignorata!De ce sa achit acest tratament ortodontic integral cand rezultatul obtinut,a fost partial?!?
