You guys delayed the product after the payment, and even then, I found out that you gave me another product I did not ask for, that was after redeeming the code. How annoying. Upon complaining you refunded 10% of the product's price back, which is 19 EGP... Are you kidding me?
I guess I will never deal with you again.

Hello, We didn't delay in delivering the code as this is your first order and your payment must be verified with the bank which take time for your case it take about half an hour not days or weeks and this is written on our terms and conditions terms and above item description may be you missed reading it. regarding the code yes you receive PS plus instead of PS now and as explained it's a API system multifaction which rarely happen also we was trying to replace it for you but you use it so we didn't understand why you use it if it is a wrong item so we offered a compensation.
