I interviewed a candidate for a job who had a DBA from this institute. He was unbelievably I knowledgeable about his subject. The European Institute of Management and Technology (EIMT) is considered a "questionable" institution primarily because it lacks the federal accreditation required to legally operate as a university in its home country. In Switzerland, the title of "University" is strictly protected by the Swiss Accreditation Council and the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI). EIMT is registered as a GmbH (private company) in the Canton of Zug rather than a government-recognized academic institution. 
Furthermore, its claims of legitimacy rely on unrecognized private accreditors like QAHE (Quality Assurance in Higher Education) and DRPF. These are not state-backed agencies and are often associated with "accreditation mills" designed to create a veneer of authority. Red flags include: 
• Selling Degrees: EIMT markets "Honorary Doctorates" that can be obtained via a simple interview and a "donation" (reported up to $7,800), bypassing standard years of research. 
• Deceptive Domain: It uses a .edu.eu domain, which—unlike .edu or .ac.uk—is a commercial subdomain anyone can purchase to mimic an official academic status.
• Aggressive Marketing: Reports from prospective students highlight sales-heavy tactics and a lack of rigorous admission requirements, such as academic transcripts.
Ultimately, an EIMT degree lacks universal recognition, making it unlikely to be accepted by reputable employers or for further study at state-accredited universities.

I am a DBA student at EIMT and have studied through the Careerera LMS for three years. The program is rigorous, with demanding assignments and strict grading. Professors are knowledgeable and supportive. From my experience, this is a credible private university requiring real dedication and serious academic effort.

While research visibility and institutional recognition can continue to grow, the quality of teaching, student support and curriculum depth are strong and meaningful. Love this experience, lifelong studying, the school online courses and lessons, the programs and wide application potential that everyone can do, the support from well informed and very professional knowledgable lecturers, educators and professors. The course admins were supportive and understanding to the requirements and university syllabus. This allowed for my imaginations and creativity to be applied practically into writing and ideas into welfare practices to carry out myself in my own country Singapore to benefit especially, the eldery, the disabled, and the kids living here, all here need constant wealth generation to survive in basic needs compared to other economies where less is required. Then I can also benefit other countries who are more in need materially than Singapore.

I want to share my experience so others can avoid the same financial and time loss. I enrolled with this organisation to pursue a PhD program through the College da Paris and paid all required enrolment fees. After six months of repeated follow-ups, they could not provide me with a valid enrolment letter from the college in Paris. Despite substantial time and money spent, they could never confirm my enrolment. To make matters worse, the coast co-ordinator advised me that they had not renewed their enrolment with College da Paris, yet they still enrolled a team of about ten students into a program without any genuine affiliation. It became clear that they were not properly enrolled, registered, or affiliated with the institute I was led to believe. A substantial amount of money was spent with no tangible outcome or guarantee of starting the program. Requests to contact their directors went unanswered, leaving me with no clear way to resolve the issue. When I asked about a refund, I was told there was no refund policy applicable to my case.

In terms of impact, I wasted a significant amount of time and money on a program that didn’t materialise. I have serious concerns about the organisation’s legitimacy and the programs they promote. I even advised my husband to consider a program with EIMT, but I’m worried he might have a similar experience.

My advice to others is to conduct thorough due diligence before engaging with this organisation. Verify direct affiliations and enrolment status with the actual college or university, obtain clear, written enrolment letters and refund policies before paying any fees, and consider speaking with current or former students independently to corroborate claims.
Based on my experience, I advise others to approach Careerera with extreme caution. In my view, their services did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend proceeding without thorough independent verification of their programs, affiliations, and refund policies.

I had a word with one of your executive with the name of Neha.She have offered me DBA honourary she was saying that I can complete this program in just 30-45 days by paying €8000 that means this is a university who is selling degrees.She was telling me that you guys do have a provision in which a student can complete Doctorate even without a master degree.(I have recorded our conversation) She told that you guys do have one more institute that is with the name of London School of Management.I have spent whole night in reasearch of all of these things then I got to know even instead of a university they even don't have a single room office in Switzerland and even in London too.My husband is a lawyer and now we are taking it further in a legal way so that you (careera) will not do these things again as you guys have already took lot of money from innocent people.
