Bought the *Men’s “Belfast Crown” Irish Flat Cap – Shipyard Green* from Eirin Apparel, and I have to say I was rather disappointed with the experience.

The item I received feels very much like a typical dropshipping product. The material doesn’t really match the description and feels quite cheap — closer to Temu/AliExpress quality. It’s certainly not what you’d expect for a £20 item.

* I ordered an “Irish Flat Cap”
* I received a different version called *“Belfast Crown Heritage+ Newsboy Cap”*
* This is not just a slight variation — it appears to be a completely different product in both name and positioning

There is nothing about this item that really justifies the use of the term “Irish heritage” — it comes across more as marketing language than anything else.

In fact, the actual value of the cap is probably around £5 at most.

On top of that, the original product page I ordered from has since been changed, and the old link now redirects to a different page with a different name and description.

Returning it isn’t really practical for me as I’m not in the UK, and shipping would cost nearly as much as the item itself.

If you’re considering buying from this store, I’d think twice before spending your money.

I ordered two caps. I would not say they are “quality” as I have bought better. They have an elastic expander around the hat to adapt for size. I don’t think that they are made in Ireland, although the company state that they are designed there. All in all, I am not really happy with them, and I wouldn’t advise purchase if you are looking for quality. I may yet return them. Not a good experience and will not purchase again!

Still waiting for delivery of earrings - order placed 9 days ago . No tracking number - starting to feel like this is a scam.

I love the caps I bought. Excellent quality and they look great.
We had one minor blip but it was sorted in no time.

Received my hat nothing like the photo I was looking at this is cheap looking material is nearly see through shouldn't be allow to sell these hats false advertising so disappointed and then if I want to return it I have to pay the postage don't trust what you see because it's not what you will recieve feel so let down because the picture of the hat looked really good but it's not what you'll recieve wasted £20 should referred to the trades description act majorly pissed off

Items never arrived . When I contacted them they replied give it a few more days. A month later and the items still haven't arrived. I contacted them 7 days ago and have not had a reply.
Definitely stay clear. .

Still waiting since January on how to refund my purchase. I did indeed receive several automatic replies, but they did not contain the information on how exactly to go for a refund.

I bought a Keffiah. Good quality, attractive headware and good value. I am very pleased.

Took 7 days to receive my Hat and now it's arrived it's very very disappointing. Quality is very poor with the material (that on their website looks like tweed) is actually something you'd make a potato sack from.
And listed as in Columbia - NOT Ireland as indicated on the website.
