I placed an order last week. They sent me a fake tracking number that shows delivered to another country over a month ago. They don't respond to customer service messages. Huge scam.

Sent order on the 9th of December. Got a confirmation email. Got another email stating it had shipped on the 10th. Tracking number shows it went to the Philippines and I’m in North Carolina. 5 support tickets sent with no response. 4 phone calls made with no answer and the calls dropped after one hour waiting on hold. Absolute scam and have filed a dispute with my bank for the return of my $150. Beware this company. I will be filing a report with the BBB right after this.

I ordered three weeks ago and received a confirmation email. They sent me an order number and tracking number, neither of which worked in the tracking program when entered. I called customer service twice and was the “12th person in line,” for 90 minutes until the call dropped. Wrote customer service twice with no response. Still no product. I receive a marketing email from them DAILY. I’m canceling the payment with my credit card company. There are many more companies out there with these products. DO NOT BOTHER

**It doesn't show that it has been shipped at all. No replies to emails or other forms of communication. Just reported them to BBB, and figured here as well hoping no one else gets scammed.

Pretty disappointed. Was my first time ordering with them. I placed my order almost a month ago and have not been given any updates regarding shipping. Contacted customer service via toll free number and it loops you to an automated recording saying they can't answer your call and someone will call you back. Left a message 8 days ago with no return call. Also attempted to reach them via email 5 days ago, still no response. Would love to receive the product I ordered or at least get a response regarding what is going on, but I guess the only prompt response is how fast they can collect the payment. Do not waste your time.

Fair prices. Lots of special offers and discount promotions. One stop shopping for my pods and salts. My order shipped 3 days after placing it. Amazon has me spoiled and expecting super fast shipping times, but realistically small businesses just can't get things done that fast. I'll keep ordering from ejuices.com as long as they continue with the same level of service

The customer service from eJuice.com is horrendous. I ordered on May 7 2021. My order was fulfilled on May 10 2021. Their online track says it has been in my city since May 13 2021. Every day I check the tracking is get pushed out even further. The cost for shipping was about 25% of my total order charges and they say they can do nothing about my delivery until after May 27, 2021.

Customer support is worthless, they respond to my email, but NOT my concerns. To bad they had a wide variety of products. Beware you may never get your order based on this experience.

Honestly I could write a book on my awful experience with this website. I spent a good amount of money and my order has apparently just evaporated into thin air as they claim their new carrier picked it up from their warehouse but mysteriously on my end all it says is “label created” when I went to track it. Well it’s been over two weeks now and after emailing and having to argue with them more times than I can count asking fora refund they still won’t do that and keep insisting I give it more time. Well I don’t know about you all but I’ve never had to wait this long for an ejuice order and bottom line is I’m more than fed up with their excuses. I would advise you to steer clear of ordering from them! They don’t seem to give a damn about their customers as they are still holding onto my money and it sure seems the product won’t even make it to me. What a joke. I don’t think it’s very professional either to try to fight with your customers and refuse to do anything for them besides offering 15% my NEXT order!! Lol why in gods name would I order from them again when I haven’t even gotten my first order? Maybe I’m out of line but I don’t think a refund is too much to ask at this point. So basically if you want to get nothing for the money you spend there then you might be happy otherwise order somewhere else. They are a joke as far as I’m concerned and I’m not giving up on getting my money back (I’m disputing it with my bank since my multiple requests have been turned down).

They are definitely a real company. They have fairly slow shipping and they run out of inventory fast. My order was automatically substituted from cotton candy to cola and I don’t even like cola but they ran out of all the other flavors and now I’m stuck with 2 dumb ass flavors ion even like cuz I ordered 2 cotton candys along with 4 watermelon and 4 strawberry & they replaced them with 2 of cola smh why not give me 5 strawberry and 5 watermelon if y’all ran out of cotton candy! I hate cola and y’all just throw it in there and assume I like that kind smh I will choose to order somewhere else next time that’s a promise

I don't know if it is just certain products that take longer or where it is shipping too. But my order came in 5 days. I have had no problems. I guess it just all depends. But just wanted to leave my review. HOPE this helps with customers and wanting to buy products off this website.

BEAWARE Ordered from uk arrived in uk then have to pay another £20.01customs charge & handling so works out very expensive

The liquid came fast, yet I tried to buy another bottle of liquid and my card got denied and I don’t know why.

Extremely poor customer service. First order: applied priority shipping, it took 5 days to ship then another two days to receive. The first order, the merchant got wrong. Shipping "Ice" Naked 100 e liquid instead of no "Ice" Naked 100 Lava Flow. This is after having to call customer service on the first order and still with customer's service attention on the delayed shipping issue, the wrong product was shipped. So, I placed another order to correct the first order on Friday. A person with a reasonable conscience would think that my second order (which I brought to their attention on Friday, which customer service supposed to get back with me with 24 hours, never did concerning the wrong item shipped on the first order, to bring to their attention that the second order oughtn't have the wrong e liquid shipped) the merchant would pay close attention to. Nope. Not a response on the message or even attention to the fact that the second order - which cost me an additional $21.99 - was placed to correct the first order (the wrong item cost me $19.99 which is useless because I do not vape menthol or koolada; costing me $41.98 yet still I am treated as if I don't exist...I have shopped here before, no issue; I've placed over $500.00 worth of orders with this merchant yet I am treated as just that, a number, a number that equal $$$). There is a counterpart of this merchant (eliquid.com), never had an issue with this merchant. Ejuices.com has a wide selection of products at very reasonable costs. But the customer service is the poorest I've seen in a long time - and I don't want to hear it's because of the coronavirus because, I also order from Eightvape (which is in Las Vegas, ejuices.com is from Las Vegas - Eightvape, I just ordered a product from them last Friday - same time I ordered from ejuices.com, and guess what? I just received eightvape's order on Monday and the order had the right items - so any excuse that it is because of the virus is plain malarkey or a lie). I will no longer shop from ejuices.com. My advice for customers, I can only hope that your order is correct upon receipt or else you will be treated poorly.

This is the worst company for customer service... Don't use them... DON'T... This was my second order, I ordered on the 6th of March and I still haven't received my order yet. They said the address was not exactly the same??? And then they don't even try to expedite it to retain customers... She just basically said it's not their fault so ohh well... Will never use them again and I hope you don't either. To many companies that actually want to retain customers... CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE...

Do not ever buy anything from this company, they are a ripoff and there lack of customer service is infuriating .. they sent me the wrong juice and charged me a higher price and then wouldnt honer the price advertised!!

These people reached out to me via the shopify contact in their sites admin over email to ask me for my credit card information to be sent to them again over email.

this is obviously an attempt by at least one employee at the company to phish for credit card and other personal information.

the cover story they used was that they use a "top of the line" fraud prevention system that ensures the purchases made on their site are not fraudulent.

if that were true, this third party fraud detection system would reach out to the consumer directly, not some random person with access to ejuices.com admin area.

there's no way of knowing if this is something the owner is aware of or if it is just a rogue employee. but be careful of phishing attempts coming from this website.

The prices are great and the service is excellent. The e-juice prices are good as well, however I usually purchase on sale E-Juice. The only thing that I could possibly think of, and I’m not sure that this would count against them per say, is the lack of documentation when it comes to the hardware. They are assuming a level of knowledge and or competence that a novice vaper just doesn’t have. In addition I cannot really complain because the manufacturers sites almost have even less documentation beyond the absolute basics...

Tech support and customer service on the other hand is absolutely amazing! They are efficient and courteous to a fault. Case in point, when I was trying to put the mod and tank back together as well as looking at other devices they worked with me until I was satisfied. Never felt like we were on the five minute clock as with most other companies, never rushed and they were also willing to help with their own personal experience as to what equipment to purchase. No they didn’t have me purchase the most expensive ones, as well as telling me that as a beginner some items would be beyond what I needed. On this alone I cannot fault the lack of documentation and they truly do deserve the five star rating! Oh and as for the prices of juices, they are higher on some, but less expensive on others so it balances out.

Let’s not forget, I would and have recommended this site to my friends who vape as well as other friends who have their own stores as ejuices.com has a wholesale site as well!

Ejuices.com has the absolute best discounts I've ever seen, between free shipping with no minimum, to all the promo codes with 20% off. I've never spent more than 14$ on juice that is retailed for 20$. They also have a rewards program and just 500 points is 5$ off 1000 is 10$ off and so on...The points are super easy to get such as friending them on Facebook, there's many more free points they throw at you while purchasing items too. They have incredible customer service and they get right back to you. Lastly the shipping is the absolute fastest I've ever seen, they ship the product within a day! The package will get to you 4-6 days later. Ejuices isn't just my favorite vape store but it's my favorite store as well because of all the discounts. There is nothing they don't have, they have every brand and every vape on the market.

Great selection but one of the most EXPENSIVE online e-liquid retailer. You could find the same liquid for less than half the price on other websites. I'm upset because I trusted what they've been charging me thinking I was getting a good deal. Had I looked around, I could have saved myself 100s of dollars.
