My wife ordered from them and they sent her double the order, the dress didn’t fit and she returned both of them. They kept charging her for it totaling hundreds of dollars and it’s been a nightmare. Do not order from them. They are absolutely terrible, one of the worse online shopping experiences we’ve had. Their customer service has done nothing to help us.

I do not recommend this brand. In my experience, the photos on the website do not match the actual products. It gave me the impression that the brand uses images from another well-known brand, while the items themselves appear to be remade based on those designs.

I ordered a dress and a suit, and what I received looked completely different from the photos. The quality of the items was very poor — the materials and stitching were far below what was shown in the pictures.

After receiving my order, I searched for similar designs and found that the same photos were used by another brand, which appears to be the original source.

My advice is not to rely on the beautiful photos alone, as the reality may be very different. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s customer service. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and did not seem to care about resolving my issue. It took a long time to get a reply, and when I finally did, they did not offer any real solution.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I returned a dress in accordance with the company’s return process, only to be informed afterward that the item was non-refundable.

Customers deserve clear policies before making a purchase. I am currently without the product and without a refund, and I hope this issue is resolved promptly.

Do not shop at Elagia. I received a dress that arrived with a large stain on the back and the hem completely unraveling (I have photos of the damage).

I contacted their support (Angelica) within 3 hours of delivery. Despite their official website policy stating that "defective products or items damaged in transit" are entitled to a FULL REFUND to the original payment method, they are refusing to honor it. They are trying to force an "unboxing video" requirement that their own policy states is optional.

They are now offering only a "partial refund" or replacement for an item they clearly failed to quality-control. This is a deceptive business practice. I have filed a dispute with my bank, a report with the FTC, and a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General. Avoid this company at all costs—the quality is poor and the customer service is dishonest.

That is horrible! I never had such a horrible
experience! The quality is so cheap! The material is so thin and hard. The zipper was broken for the very first time I opened it for both dresses I have ordered! The pictures are so good but in reality, when you get it you understand that the dress price is no more than $20! And there are no returns! Because everybody would return it as soon as they get it! Be careful! Do not purchase if you are not ready to lose your money for nothing.

One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The clothes I received were shockingly cheap quality — thin, see-through, and nowhere near what the photos suggested. For the amount of money they charge, the quality is absolutely unacceptable.
Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility even though the items clearly didn’t match the description. It honestly feels like they care more about taking your money than providing decent products.
I strongly regret ordering from here and would warn others to think twice before wasting their money. There are plenty of stores that offer far better quality and actually stand behind what they sell.

I recommend steering clear of this clothing store. The three-star rating seems questionable, as many reviews appear to be from insiders, boosters, or family. Despite relatively high prices, the materials and construction feel plainly substandard. Pay close attention to the return policy: refunds are not offered, and you’ll be limited to store credit, effectively pushing you to exchange for items of comparable, disappointing quality.

Total scammers. Poor quality item and if you want to return them they only give store credit which is illegal in the EU. Customer service is inexistent. Avoid at all cost

The company takes your money and never ships your item. I’m guessing they are hoping you never ask about it. I ordered an item back in June and here we are on October without the item ordered. Their prices are insane and I would not recommend anyone to shop there because they scam people.

The most terrible experience i ever had here in the United States. This is scamming Ukrainian company that pretends being a wolrdwide company.
I order a dress of a medium size to attend the wedding that is where my NEGATIVE experience started. I have been waiting for ever to get the package, when i got it the dress was such a poor quality the fabrics , looks desing was not what they advertised. THE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ALSO HORRIBLE. the lady with a thick accent would not help me to get my money back ($135) on my credit card nut offered me a store credit. I don't want to deal with them at all why would i need a store credit then? SHe also asked me very personal questions in return my money back to the credit card. LADIES, don't by anything from them , THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

My package arrived exactly on the date you mentioned. The packaging was beautiful, and there was no damage at all, neither to the package nor the dress. I tried it on and absolutely loved it—it’s stunning! I truly felt like a princess. The fabric and fit are perfect.

BUYER BEWARE. This company is a total rip off. first, everything I have ordered their sizes have been off (which I never a problem with), second you can't return for a "refund," only for a gift card that can be used ONE TIME which means you can't return what you bought a second time. I always order my stuff online and have never had such issues. it's definitely not a company located in the US, and their customer service sucks. Everything I have ordered has been lower quality material as well. the fit is just weird. I think their clothes are made for thin people with zero curves, and I am 5'6" and weigh 135, so I'm not super curvy but not super thin. I'm a normal sized woman.

I usually don't write bad reviews. But here I do want to warn that if you buy in the EU it is your right to have a refund! First they said only store credit, after my pointing out it is a EU law, they tried to twist it, than I said EU law does not work that way, then they went to their manager. The manager said I only get the refund without return of shipping costs (also not in coherence with EU law) and also would need to cover costs back. Costs were same as my express costs, while it also not was express with 1.5 weeks.....so I decided to keep the skirt that does not fit, as shipping was the same price as the skirt. I will definetely not buy here again as they discourage EU law in every way

I received a really poor qulity itme from this company and it was damaged. I returned it and it has been two months. They have refused to give me a refund. They say it is the shippers fault and the shipper sent it back to them. I have never delt with a compnay who provides such poor quality clothing and then refuses to issue a refund.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sell dresses that are not even in stock and fail to inform customers about it. My order was significantly delayed, and they completely ignored all my emails. The worst part? They don’t offer refunds — only store credit, even when it’s their fault. This is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this store. Totally unprofessional.

Their website says returns but they don’t mean you can actually return it for your money back. Their sizing is off about two sizes so then you’ll end forced to order something with your store credit and that not fit either.

I ordered a pair of pants for $94 on March 24th. It is now June 18th and I have still not received my order. And no information about my order has been sent to me. I wouldn’t order with them!!
