Really pleased!
Really pleased. Quick delivery and nice little touch of a Valentine note and chocolate lolly. Those little extra attentions to detail are what makes me reuse a company and I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent service
Excellent service. Prompt delivery. I had to exchange jacket for smaller size, which again arrived within a couple of days. Only criticism is that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying cost of postage for any return rather than a pre arranged contract with a courier company.

Thank you taking the time to leave us your review of our services and feedback. We'd love to be able to offer free returns, but as an independent family run business this unfortunately isn't something we can afford to do at the moment.
Prompt delivery of goods as described

Brilliant service.
arrived 2 days after ordering and packaging was made of recycled materials. And my items were in one of their reusable bags which is a great idea as can use again rather than throwing away more plastic!!
