Fradulent company, DO NOT BUY from them as they have false advertising and their products are made for wiping your floors and not for wearing!!! Most horrible experience that I have ever had in online shopping!!!

Don’t buy from this website! Their marketing is fraudulent. They advertise good quality clothes with rather high prices, but the product you get is extremely cheap. I bought a cashmere lounge set, the clothes came WITHOUT ANY tag with specifications regarding fibre/textile information, care instructions and place of origin…it was clearly not cashmere. I paid $98 for cheap polyester clothes from China that maybe are worth $5/10…The worst is, you have to pay up to $70 shipping cost to return it back. So they just bank on you keeping the shit clothes and they keep your money. it’s unethical on so many levels. Report them. Selling clothes without disclosing textile information, where it has been made etc is illegal under Australian consumer law. Don’t trust the good reviews, they are fake

I purchased a jacket based on the good reviews on this website. At first, before I paid for the item, communication was instant. However, after I paid, it was a completely different story.

The jacket I received was terrible—the material felt very cheap, and the cut was poor and looked nothing like the picture on the website. Although the site claims that returns are accepted, when you actually try to return the item, you’re told it costs $60–70 to ship it back to China, which is about the same as what you paid for the product.

Instead, they offer you the option to keep the item with a 15% refund. However, after accepting the offer, I only received 8%. In my case, I paid $65 for an absolutely worthless item and got just $5 back.

This company is a complete scam. Do not buy from them if you don’t want to end up in the same situation.

The clothes feel so premium and high-end. Can’t believe the price point. Elcevi is my new go-to shop!
