Failure to Respond to Emails

I will not use this Company ever again

I cancelled the order before shipment as it was taking a very long time. Initially responsive but then ignored me.

Sent the order anyway about 2 weeks after ordering despite multiple cancellation requests through the website and emails.

I rejected the delivery and requested a refund for the fourth or fifth time and still no reply. Looks like I’m going to have to sue.

Avoid at all costs! Seriously!

Terrible customer service and they never replied to my email they just drop ship things from China and take ages to respond and the five star reviews from what I can tell are faked tried to order from them again on a different product and didn't turn up so I left two reviews since I tried to give them a second chance and the same thing ended up happening

EBC were very helpful and knew what they were talking about. The product is first class, CYC, and delivered in perfect order. We had to swap out one component due to my frame shape but this was done quickly and without fuss.

Been using the CYC kit for several months including a two day trip into the Cairngorms, 100s of road miles and a 42 mile trail.

Motor still doesn't work, communication is poor.

I needed a spare part for our electric bike. Electric Bike Conversions were helpful in getting part quickly and with advice on fitting.

Superb bit of kit, well packaged. Very easy to fit and the Tongsheng torque-sensing motor works really well. So pleased that I have now fitted this to both our bikes.
