A guy turns up with a dirty towel and bottle of pink liquid and wipes not even 30cm of tile and then quotes over 800.00 to clean and seal the floor a rip off charging $50.46 to do a spot assessment... Toon meer

Easy to book, quick responce with phone contact fast booking times, cleaning staff turned up on time and where extremly thorough ,over all very professional would recommend first and formost.

If you’re planning to use this company to clean your carpets don’t get your hopes up! We booked more than 2 weeks in advance. Two days before we were asked if we could change the time from 11.30am to 8.30am. We agreed. Less than 24 hours to go AND AFTER WE HAD CLEANED OUT 3 ROOMS they rang to say they would have to cancel because they had 2 technicians sick!! HA!! Interestingly their policy puts the onus on us to cancel in a timely manner but they don’t show the same respect. Find someone more reliable is my advice!
Ps: not impressed with the response! They actually responded to my Google review back in November!! These people are clowns!

Would leave no stars if u could worst if u could call it carpet clean it is absolutely rubbish to think u can clean carpet dry u need to steam clean do yourself a favour and look for a truck mounted steam cleaning company like phoenix carpet cleaning they are based in Newcastle NSW they will clean your carpet Electrodry are total rubbish.

We paid $500 to get one of our bathrooms mould removal done after four months the mould has come back. When I called they said it must be our bathroom and wanted me to pay the full amount again.

So I booked to get our carpets done as we were moving out of that house. Everything set up, perfect, all good and then since hanging up the phone on Monday, I had someone contact me twice to push it back. The day comes to get the carpets done and our scheduled time was at 2pm. Fair enough, give them 45 mins leeway but to then rock up at 3.25pm and at the wrong house mind you, is an absolute joke! We live over an hour away and had a friend there to open the door for them so to have to push it back further and further was ridiculous. Rang electrodry at 2.30, they said 10 mins away. The technician rings my husband and says half hour away. Absolutely pissed!!!!! Won't be using them again.

Don't use them. Absolute liars. They double book. Guy turned up at hours 1.5 hrs early with limited English. Says it's the office error. The office says its franchisee error. The call centre is in Manilla. What a nightmare. Call centre manager aggressive. Don't go near them.

When returning home have found money missing from a holiday savings box in the kitchen area. Small amount but the perfect amount to say “why would I risk my job for that amount of money”
Furbo dog camera was pulled out of the wall that looks at this area; plenty of other power outlets that could have been used.
No one else had been in the apartment.
My fault for leaving a stranger alone in my apartment and $100 note in eyesight.
Company response was if we’d like to take it to the police we can. And they haven’t had a bad review before. First time for everything I suppose.
So all in all carpet cleaning of one room and a hall way cost us $279 instead of $179
Point of review is if you’re going to use Electrodry Gold Coast, don’t leave any valuables laying around.

This company has no customer service whatsoever. I didn’t want to all franchises but I also need to warn customers. My experience was with the Bathurst/Blue Mountains.
The times were mixed up exactly as the previous reviewer I actually think all my appointments were doubled up.
The carpet is worse now than before the treatment, the stain remover left worse stains.
Id emailed the company, nothing, until a poor google review had the same operator return to report on his work! Go figure, the manager then arranged for another clean (by same operator) did another spot clean that just added to the mess of his previous work.
On top of all this the chemicals were poured into the grass at the back door killing a patch of grass 2m square. I doubt this is legal or company policy.
So the carpet is ruined as is the grass!

Just the worst experience ever!
Right from the beginning when i booked a month in advance, it was one drama after another. They called me 3 days before the day they were booked to do the carpets, to ask if they could come at 7.30am instead of 9.30am, which suited me. They didnt arrive at all, i couldnt reach anyone until 8.45am and was tiold the office couldnt reach the guy either, he must have slept in after a big night out on Friday night! - Then the only reason i booked them was they claim to have advanced equipment and solutions for pet stains, finally when another guy arrived at 2pm that afternoon, i receive a call from the office to say they cant treat the stains, i asked for photos, as i was 70km away at my new home and they said, no photos without payment. Do not use these guys, they are bad news and i dont understand why they are spending millions on mainstream advertising only to deliver the worst service on the planet!
