Great customer service, if you have any problems. You just call them, they get it taken care of right away. Fantastic company Had another issue the other day? And message them, I didn't think they'd get back to me till the next day. They have it taken care of that night. This company is great.

The team at GPScard were with me from activation of the sim to installation. I had to wait a week because I did not have the correct gps unit. When the Correct unit arrived they hook it up. I even received a phone call from them checking to see that all was good. You don’t see that every day usually you have to reach out. I highly recommend gpscard thanks

Great gps fast delivery and easy to use / set up. Very accurate tracking. The only thing I would say is it does take a few mins to set up but not to long.

Adquirí un dispositivo GPS modelo GF10, el cual instalé en la parte trasera de mi camioneta. Durante el uso, el dispositivo se desprendió y se perdió.

Me gustaría saber si existe alguna opción de localización mediante el IMEI, reemplazo con costo, o cobertura de garantía en este tipo de casos. También agradecería recomendaciones sobre la mejor forma de fijar el dispositivo para evitar que se vuelva a desprender.

So my ownership of this device has been cut short due to some error on my part but I am going to get this replaced so I can continue my testing of the device so the setup and starting procedure where very simple and easily done when the support staff did there part the battery life is more than average but it will need to get recharged anywhere from 5-9 days depending on use. It’s easy to use on the mobile app nice and simple to view and set up notifications depending on how well u place the device it is pretty accurate for the most part the thing that failed on me was the magnet came off and ended in the loss of my device they are working on supplying a replacement so let’s see after I receive

It was easy to read and it had a lot of information on the map.

I Lost one of my GPS Devices and reached out for a replacement. I was told they would replace it for free if I responded to a link, they sent me to leave a review. I thought that was odd, but I did anyway. After waiting for some time, I reached out again. Then I was told the same thing about leaving a review and to take a screenshot and attach it to the email then they would send me a replacement device?? I did, then they sent me a different link and asked to leave a review there to send the replacement device??? OK, this is fishy, I canceled my account on the spot!!!!
