The sales person was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He was very helpful in helping us choose the right washer and dryer. Products were very well displayed making it easier to compare brands and features. Prices are very competitive. More professional and pleasant experience compared to the large box stores.

We could get it the same day, the young lady that waited on was so sweet and knowledgeable of product. They made our daughters dream come true on her refrigerator. Thank you

Very knowledgeable staff. Able to purchase same day and they held for later pickup date. Pickup was effortless. Even offered extra cardboard for extra reinforcement during travel home.

We’ve complained about our experience more than once and customer service argues with us. I’m not going to go over all of it again but nothing was done. And no one tried to make anything right. We do not recommend this store.

I couldn't believe the amount of inventory, the store had all I needed and more.

I went in the store not knowing what to get for my mother. I just know she told me she wanted a new TV and wanted it to be big. Phillip Dunn Jr. Greeted me when I arrived, I explained to him my situation and he immediately knew what to show me. He explained the differences in the ones I was looking at giving me the knowledge to make an informed decision. I purchased the TV and he put it in the back until I got off work and was able to come back and get it. Great selection, great service and I’ll be back again!!
