Associate was extremely knowledgeable about the products. His expertise led me to a different choice than I otherwise would have made, and I'm completely happy with the outcome. A much different experience than shopping at a big box store. I recommend them not only for expert advice but for price as well.

Originally it took a little time to get my order, about a week. I went to the online chat and asked why my order had not shipped yet. They responded quickly back and forth with me to figure out why it had not shipped. They reported back with me did not make any excuses but made it right and had the order delivered with one of their delivery vans the next day. Thanks

The sales man that helped me out, and how patient, caring, and helpful he was. He deserves a raise, and I believe his name was Austin or something like that. He’s a great guy, and he said he’s been there for 4 years. He one of y’all’s best employees!!!!!!! Very happy with him.

When I visited electronic express, I had just a wonderful experience. The staff was polite, helpful and very professional.

Had been looking for a new computer and stopped into Electronic Express because of previous helpful and positive experiences with their employees. I went back after several weeks for black Friday sales. The salesman (Anthony) remembered me from my previous visit. He again was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me with decision. Very Happy with the new computer and service at Electronic Express.

I had to replace a defective microwave; had to go to the warehouse to retrieve -they insisted I could not bring the broken one back to the warehouse (even though that is the same address on the shipping label they sent) customer service was completely rude and could not explain why if I had to drive 40 miles to pick the new one up why I could not drop off the broken one.
