Great delivery service and the TV is fantastic. I saved over £100 by using this company. I strongly recommend checking out the website when purchasing a TV. I will definitely be shopping with ElekDirect again.

The sales and service advisor (Dale) restored my confidence in buying things online. Dale accepted that I had made a genuine mistake and arranged for the item to be returned and a refund issued.
I can honestly recommend AO as a good company to do business with and will always go to them first when I need anything.

Dale at was fantastic in resolving my issue with Elek warehouse picking the wrong appliance for delivery. He was helpful, efficient and a great bloke to deal with!

Tried ordering a couple of times. Get all the way through, and then the system hangs.

Rang up to be told that I'm outside the delivery area - not quite sure how Aberdeen is considered to be remote - but it would be good if there system said no when putting the postcode in.

That's 3 days wasted trying to order something from the site.

Just bought a new Samsung fridge from Elekdirect and couldnt be more pleased with the service. Item was discounted due to a couple of small dents so got a great price. Delivery cost up to Scotland was very reasonable and the delivery guys were really good. Fridge is excellent and exactly what we were looking for. Would definitely use them again.

My Hisense American fridge freezer arrived in superb condition and with the imperfections either barely visible, or not visible at all. Cancelled my first order, completely my fault for not reading the description properly. The money was back in my bank account almost before I put the phone down. (OK, that is a bit of an exageration!!!). My second purchase I read the description properly, and didn't cancel. I am blown away by the savings and amazing customer service. 'THANK YOU', ElekDirect.

Customer service was really responsive to my questions. I had bought a dishwasher with another refurb company and had really bad service and had to return it. Elekdirect were fast, delivery guys great and they sorted a return and refund quickly until I found the right dishwasher. Really happy with service and would def recommend

Saved £250 and the two dents hardly noticeable,bought a fridge and microwave with the money saved!

I ordered a washing machine from AO Outlet via eBay. Ordering and delivery were smooth, but everything went wrong when my engineer came to install it.

The first machine arrived with the door hanging off – one screw missing and another stripped. I arranged a replacement, which was collected and swapped without much trouble.

The replacement had several dents in the side, but as it would be hidden I accepted it. Unfortunately, when my engineer ran the first spin cycle it started banging loudly and wouldn’t reach speed. On inspection, he found a faulty drum stabilisation rod and showed me where the drum had been hitting the side. The dents were already there when it arrived, so AO had clearly sent another faulty machine.

I’m now £175 out of pocket for the engineer’s time (he actually reduced his fee because he felt sorry for the situation). AO Outlet has only offered to send yet another replacement, but I’m not willing to risk installing another faulty machine.

In hindsight, I should have just bought a new machine instead.

Bought a Beko washing machine for my daughter's new house. Price was significantly lower than elsewhere because of slight scratches to casing. These were hardly visible and don't show at all now the machine is installed.
Prompt and friendly delivery with efficient tracking system. Highly recommended.

The purchase was simple and quick and the fridge freezer was delivered within a few days. Excellent delivery service - I was able to pick the delivery date and the driver contacted me first thing and then later in the day to keep me updated on delivery time. Really pleasant helpful lads delivered it and got it inside for me through a narrow doorway.

Great experience with ElekDirect from start to finish. The team was very flexible and helpful when we needed to change the delivery date several times due to delays with our new build property, which we really appreciated. We are also very happy with the appliances we purchased from them.

The delivery team was excellent — very friendly and professional, and they carefully carried the appliances into the house. They were also very kind and even gave our daughter a small teddy bear, which made her very happy.
