What initially drew me to Elena was her website tagline, “C3D made easy.” I’ve been doing a lot of Civil 3D training on and off through YouTube and Udemy. While those resources were useful, they didn’t quite address the specific challenges I face — most of my work is based in London, where we’re constantly dealing with constrained sites and having to tie into existing conditions.

Elena immediately understood the context and challenges I was describing, which was a huge relief. I booked a two-hour one-to-one session and, prior to it, sent her a brief along with the relevant drawings to give her an idea of what I was hoping to achieve.

The session went extremely well — Elena was able to answer all of my questions clearly and efficiently. A few days later, I received a link to the recorded session, which was super clear and incredibly helpful for reference.

She clearly explained how to achieve what I needed, based on the information we had, and helped me solve something that would’ve taken me a long time to work out on my own. She has excellent technical understanding and explains things in a very clear and structured way. I’ll definitely be using her again and would highly recommend her to anyone needing Civil 3D support.
