$20,000 Still Withheld, Elev8, Where Is My Money?
Elev8 keeps saying that no funds have been “withheld arbitrarily.” But my question is very simple: where is the remaining deposited money that you have not returned to me?
I provided transaction trails and supporting details for more than $50,000 of deposits, yet the full amount supported by those trails has still not been returned.
You say that the deposits you could not verify are subject to Clause 13.10 and that the profit associated with those unverified deposits can be forfeited. Fine — but after deducting that specific profit, where is the remaining deposit money? Who is holding it, and on what basis has it not been returned to me?
I have repeatedly asked for a transaction-by-transaction calculation showing exactly which deposits were unverified, what profit you have attributed to those deposits, what amount you deducted, and what amount should therefore be returned. Instead, I continue to receive only general explanations referring to a “comprehensive reconciliation.”
A general explanation does not answer where my remaining money went.
If you say the funds were not withheld, then please return them or show me, transaction by transaction, exactly where they were accounted for. I believe the current public responses give readers an incomplete impression of what has actually happened to my funds.

(ノಠ益ಠ)ノ I was just sitting here feeling so proud of that deep stretch after finishing my work . looking at those stories about the girls in Afghanistan writing their secret letters to the world reminded me how lucky we are . then I check my Elev8 dashboard and everything is just gone . complete nightmare . I trusted them but they are nothing but crooks . I feel so foolish for thinking this was a real investment . honestly just sitting here shaking because I didn't know what to do . someone in a small group forum mentioned GuerrillaChargeback . wasnt expecting much but it actually moved 90% back into my account . I tried GuerrillaChargeback out of pure desperation and still cant believe any of it returned . I think I’m just tired of all the lies online . I don't even know if I can trust my own judgment anymore . just trying to make sense of the last few days . need to step away from the screen for a while . Margaret.

My account was suddenly blocked and permanently terminated by Elev8, citing clause 3.10 of their Customer Agreement, which essentially states that they can refuse service at any time without providing any reason.This is a complete red flag and a trap for profitable traders. Elev8 operates purely as a B-Book broker where client losses are essentially their gains. As long as you are losing money, they will welcome you. But the moment you make a decent profit—especially around high-impact news events where they claim "news trading is allowed"—they will flag your account, accuse you of "abusive trading," ban you instantly, and refuse to give you a single valid reason. They hide behind clause 3.10 so they never have to explain themselves or give you your profits.Furthermore, their regulatory backing is practically non-existent when it comes to resolving client disputes; you will get zero support or replies from regulators if things go wrong. Long-time traders will remember that Elev8 is simply the rebranded version of OctaFX. While OctaFX used to handle things differently back in the day, this new iteration has turned into an untrustworthy platform that freezes accounts arbitrarily and blocks access to your funds. I am sharing this as a genuine, real-life experience to warn other traders. They do not use proper segregated accounts the way a true A-Book broker does. Do not risk your hard-earned money here. I am launching a massive social media campaign against Elev8 to expose these unfair business practices.Note to Trustpilot: Please do not remove this review. This is an authentic, first-hand warning written to protect other consumers from falling victim to arbitrary account terminations and hidden clauses.
