Reliable, Better Than Average
I’ve been using Elev8 since 2015, from OctaFX to Octa and until now. I’ve seen them grow and improve over the years.
Their support team is responsive, but the funding team can be slower. They accepted my explanation that the Visa card I used for deposits expired many years ago and allowed me to withdraw to my local bank. However, before that, I had to withdraw part of the funds to Skrill first.
I understand that brokers have AML rules and that withdrawals need to go back to the original payment method, and I don’t have an issue with reasonable verification requirements. Once the withdrawal source and amount were confirmed, the actual withdrawal process was quite fast.
Their trading conditions are not the best, perhaps because I use a swap-free account. Overall, I still consider Elev8 a reliable and better-than-average broker.

My personal experience: I’ve been with this broker for more than three months, and honestly, I haven’t encountered any issues with them so far. Their customer support team is very helpful, and they respond quickly to any questions or inquiries.
So far, my experience with deposits, withdrawals, and the platform in general has been excellent. However, I’d like to emphasize the words “so far.” As you know, everything can change over time, and very few companies manage to maintain their reputation and quality of service in the long run.

Recently, Elev8 Markets blocked my trading account without any transparent reason or warning.When I requested a refund for my remaining balance/initial deposit via email, the KYC team (an agent named Robert) replied that my account is permanently locked and stated: "the remaining funds are no longer available because they have been deducted."This is a clear act of broker scam and illegal fund confiscation. They stole my hard-earned money without proving any wrongdoing. I demand Elev8 Markets to return my initial deposit immediately. I will attach all screenshots of the email response from Robert KYC and my deposit proof as evidence here.Fellow traders, please beware of Elev8 Markets. They will take your money and lock your account permanently when you try to withdraw!

Very disappointing I recently made some…
Very disappointing I recently made some profit after being with this broker for several year since Octa. It was just 8k USD. Upon requesting my withdrawal the following day they ask for bank statement which I complied and gave all necessary statement, receipts and transaction, up until now my account is still under verification and withdrawal become disabled. Chat agent will ghost you and end chat after going back and forth for too long, they do not provide you the exact answer just constantly tell you rest assured but the reality is that they are finding reason to not pay you your profit. They also stopped replying to my email after I tried to follow up with updated and eventually they closed the conversation in the email. So now I can’t reach to anyone regarding my fund and the live support in app replies with pre-set messages that they copy and paste to you with no exact answer or context. My hard earn money is now stuck there and idk when I am getting it back, some take months still can’t take it back don’t get why it takes more than days to verify a simple 3 days worth of transaction. This verification should’ve been done before we even allow to put any money into the trading account, not ask to provide extra doc when we are withdrawing our profit. Clearly something is up and I am sure I will never get my money back this time. Truly disappointing they will tell you this is a periodically routine verification which is bs cause this is the first time in 7 years with Octa and now so called Elev8 I’ve never face such issue where I have to provide extra document consider that I’ve been using the same bank and the same deposit method. My over all PnL was in the negative for the last 7 years up until recently I finally broke even and they decide not to pay me. Wasting time keep asking for extra document, ghosting email and text. Disappointing I trusted them. More than happy to change this review once I finally get my fund.
