Please do not by from this company it’s a scam,I received an item,the item very big on me I ask for refund or exchange the answer was keep and give it for friends because return is not worth it .What is that ????they say a compensation for you again buy another item we will give you %50 ,it’s a scam ,never ever again .On return policy it’s doesn’t say everything like that

Good Things to Say so Far.....
I currently have good things to say regarding products and Customer Service. I ordered a sweater which looked ok but not worth the price I paid. I relayed to CS my concerns. They told me to pick another item free of charge and keep the sweater free as a gift. I was totally impressed. Soo lets see if I get my item I chose and I think I will. I was actually Shocked and pleased with their response.

Don’t Order From Elevenora
I ordered clothing well over a month ago. I emailed customer service. That is when I found out some of my items were out of stock. They never informed me. Now I’m asking for a refund and they start offering me 30% off on this and 30% off on that. I insisted on getting a refund and now they have not contacted me. They have terrible customer service do not order from them.
