Do not buy from elgatophoto.fr!

I ordered a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 for €399.99 on June 11, 2026. Although the website explicitly promises "delivered for free - France & Europe", the seller contacted me via WhatsApp immediately after my SEPA Instant payment to demand an additional €100 (later €50) for shipping and insurance.

Since this was not part of the contract, I exercised my right of withdrawal on June 16, 2026. The seller initially promised a refund within 30 days but has since refused to return my money unless I pay the illegal shipping fees first.

Furthermore, the company falsely claims to be a member of the FEVAD mediation service in their legal notice, which FEVAD has officially denied. I have reported this to the French authorities (DGCCRF/SignalConso), the European Consumer Centre (ECC), and have now filed a police report for fraud.

Save your money and stay away!

Je signale publiquement que le site elgatophoto.fr usurpe l'identité de ma société. Ce site se présente comme une boutique de vente d'appareils photo et affiche mon nom, le SIRET réel de mon entreprise et l'adresse de mon siège pour paraître légitime. Je n'ai aucun lien avec ce site : mon activité est la photographie, je ne vends pas de matériel. Le nom de domaine a été enregistré en mars 2026, des années après la création de ma société. Le mode de paiement (virement SEPA avec IBAN communiqué par email après commande) est caractéristique des fausses boutiques : vous risquez de payer sur un compte tiers et de ne jamais recevoir votre commande.
⚠️ N'effectuez aucun virement sur ce site. Si vous avez déjà payé, contactez immédiatement votre banque et signalez les faits sur signal.conso.gouv.fr et
internet-signalement.gouv.fr.
J'ai signalé ce site à l'hébergeur, au registre .fr et déposé plainte pour usurpation d'identité.

Scam!

Puts up a bunch of items on Vinted and deletes them later, wants you to order through the website. Prizes too good to be true. Website is fake with AI pictures.

Attention escrocs. Paiement encaissé depuis début mai pour l'achat d'un appareil photo. Depuis silence radio. Aucune réponse à mes mails, appels, tchat sur le site. Je ne sais plus quoi faire.... Une honte qu'un site français puisse agir comme ça sans aucune impunité

Attention! The company is a scam.
I paid by card for a Nikon camera order on 4 April 2026. The merchant confirmed the order, claimed the shipment, never provided valid tracking information, and never delivered the goods. When I requested proof of shipment (three times before the merchant answered), the merchant instead demanded an additional 100 € to ship the same order.
The merchant is also active on Leboncoin. Please beware!
