Great quality and nice surprise
I’m on my 2nd box from Elia and I’ve loved each one! The sets are great quality, beautiful and come with lovely little gifts inside. Lucy was also really helpful and prompt in answering a query.
I've been getting a subscription box for close to a year now and I've got to say its been getting better and better. I definitely feel like the quality of the pieces have increased and I have so many favourites. I love the small details as well like the stickers or the little paper flowers in the box.
I’ve received a variety of beautiful colours and absolutely love my sets. I’m building up a bridal lingerie collection for the year ahead, and Ellie’s Boutique has really boosted my confidence. Lingerie makes me feel good and my partner appreciates it too — a win-win! I did have some issues initially, but they were resolved quickly and fairly, and I’m now super satisfied with the outcome. Thank you for the excellent service and support.

Two weeks later despite sending tracking number postage no refund. Dozens of emails requesting update. Keep saying send tracking number!!

Most of the sets have been really pretty. Nice variety of colours, arrives on time, only negative is I do find them to be on the small side.
I really cannot fault the team, they sorted me out with a sizing problem and communication is great. At last I have found beautiful lingerie in bold beautiful colours. I am enjoying my subscription
My order was placed on the 31st August and did not arrive until 8th September. To which I never received a confirmation email. I did email and someone got back to me letting me know my order was almost ready to ship and as this is personalised it can take up to 7 days for this to be shipped which I feel should be stated on the website as I was under the impression it would be 1-3 day shipping as declared on the website this does not take into account ‘prep and pack’. Therefore my order did not arrive until 8th September. Unfortunately even with giving sizing based on advised ‘size guide’ this item did not fit and is not suitable for use. Would unlikely order again as I feel I was very disappointed with this order.
Love it when I get this treat through the letter box every three months. The first box I needed to adjust the sizing which following a message was an easy process!

The set was late and when it arrived it was tiny . I measured the bra I am 34D it was more like 26 , the pant were also child size .
They have offered a discount and a replacement set. It hasn’t arrived yet, but very pleased with the customerservice.
Absolutely stunning sets such good quality and so comfy , the packaging was so cute and had some lovely little personal touches

Sizing is incorrect. Very small and inaccurate. I am looking to return items and cancel subscription but it’s silence from the team. DO NOT ORDER.
Ordered my set back end of July start of August however my set has only just arrived after contacting the team and finding out my orginal package was lost, sadly the bottoms don’t fit as they appear to run super small which is a shame as the set is super cute, really think Elia could do with adding a tracked shipping, it’s a cute concept but I’m sceptical of keeping my subscription after the lengthy amount of time it took to receive my first order due to this delay! It’s also a shame about the bottom sizing too but not much can be done now I guess

Sadly I had a bad experience with Elia. The ads miss-advertised the quality of the products in the box - there was nothing in the box that you couldn't get cheaper from Primark, whereas the ads make the products look much more unique. Maybe I just hit a boring month, or maybe they do that for your first (discounted) box.
Also it was not clear anywhere during the buying process that when buying their 'trial' box you actually subscribe to a 3 month membership at full price for the next 2 boxes. Had I known this, I would not have purchased, as I just wanted to try it out. On reaching out to the team to cancel, they did point me to somewhere deep in the FAQs where this is mentioned but I purchased directly through the Shop app, where it was not clear at all.

I opted for the darks only subscription 3 months ago. First box arrives and it's a dusty pink set - nice design, but not the colour I wanted - chalked this up to lack of availability or simply a mistake - bra fit well, but pants were quite small.
Second box - Decided to upgrade to the deluxe version to see if that makes a difference. Very pale pink and bright embroidery, set was incredibly big too and not wearable.
Third set - Pale yellow and bright embroidery pants and bra, with a random black bra thrown in?? No stockings or garter set. The bra is ridiculously small and is inches away from doing up, the pants however - quite large. Black bra just about fits but is tight.
August billing was 2nd of the month. Took around 9 days to deliver. As soon as it arrived and I tried it on I contacted customer service to send it back and get a refund. They said they'd send out a dark set for me free of charge as a replacement and apology, ok great. It's now the 27th and it's apparently only just being shipped after chasing up. So I'm now at the end of August still with no wearable set, and not likely to receive this before September. They also only seem to ever send second class, which feels a bit ridiculous when you've already been waiting a long time.
Customer service have said sets are down to availability which I understand, but why offer a choice if 3/3 times you can't deliver? Seems pointless. If sets are also personalised, I'm not sure how I received an incomplete set and random bra? I'm failing to understand how it takes 7 full days for each set to be put together and sent out, when colour preference isn't even met, and obviously quality control is poor if deluxe sets aren't being sent properly.
I've now opted to cancel my subscription because it's been a very poor experience. I love to support smaller businesses where I can - but you need to offer at least equal, if not superior service to larger companies to compete and satisfy your customers.

Really beautiful sets and felt luxurious. Great experience when asking a question they got back to me super fast. Loved all the little treats that come with it.
Love my underwear sets 🥰 True to size (I read some reviews that said it comes up small, but I didn't find that at all). Customer service is also super helpful when I had a question. I really love how they package the underwear in a cute box with little sweets and gifts.
