This company is horrible. They use total click bait and false advertisements. They say they offer free shipping "always" but no matter how much you try to order, they charge a minimum of $10-15.00 for shipping. None of their promo codes off their OWN WEBSITE work. No one answers their phone and the chat feature on their site does not work so you have no way to contact anyone from customer service. Total false advertising!

I've ordered from these guys for the past 5 years and never had a single issue. Always shipped and arrived withing 6 to 7 days. Even during the pandemic. Highly recommend especially for bigger millimeter bottles

Terrible customer service!! I was really looking forward to trying a specific juice so, I grabbed a 2nd bottle of random juice to "pad" my order and make myself feel better about the shipping cost.
A couple days after I ordered, I got an email telling me the juice I wanted was out of stock and they were sending the other item in my order and refunding my card for the juice I really wanted. They claim that when I placed my order there was a question regarding out of stock items (which I never saw) that asked if I would like them to hold my entire order until it was back in stock OR issue me a refund for the out of stock item and send the remaining bottle in the order. This would mean I would have had to check a box or something to make this choice right?? I NEVER WOULD HAVE ORDERED ANY ITEMS IF THAT PARTICULAR ONE WAS OUT OF STOCK, let alone have them send one bottle of juice that I honestly only added on to make myself feel better about the $9.49 it was going to cost to ship!!
In their e-mail to me they said that there is some disconnect between the website and the warehouse which mistakedly allows customers to purchase an item that may have run out of stock before the website could be updated. However I call BS on that because when you are placing an order, there is a counter that tells the customer how many bottles are currently in stock.
This was not my 1st purchase on their website BUT IT WAS DEFINETLY MY LAST!! They couldn't have cared less about the confusion and offered me absolutely NOTHING to try and rectify the situation and try to make a customer happy. C - YA!!

In December I bought 3 of VGOD Apple Bomb and 1 Berry Bomb, when they opened they had a strange color and taste, so I decided to communicate directly with VGOD and explain to them, they asked me for all the data and photos of the purchase, after a few days they wrote me telling me that the liquids were NOT AUTHENTIC.

Worst site to order from, I'm done with them. free shipping whoo--de-do but it takes them a whole week to ship an order out. I ordered from giantvapes last night and my order has already shipped, they have my business now. fuk eliquid, fake reviews too..

Ordered juice 5 days ago and they have not even filled my order. I reached out to them and nothing. They are quick to take my money out though. I emailed them to cancel and refund my order but they never replied. I have filed a BBB complaint on them as well.

Company is awful, customer service is awful, shipping is horrendous. Shipping has always been an issue, they tell you they are busy because they were closed for the Holidays, BUT on their website, it is due to high volume of orders they are not filling, instead of trying to get caught up, they just keep pushing orders out, last time I order from here, said the same thing two orders ago, but this is it. TERRIBLE.

They are a bunch of crooks, I bought a mod box 2 months ago and it has gone wrong, battery door is screwed. They are now saying that they can't replace or refund unless it's within 14 days.

I ordered a vape juice that was on sale the shipping was fast and free but the juice was so dark it was almost black it was so disgusting they gave me a coupon but I don’t even know if I wanna use it on more disgusting juice they must store them in a really bad place for it to be that dark and disgusting. Order from vaping.com or breazy way better quality vape juices.

They are good in price and fast shipping, But they advertise free shipping but it’s not, They charge 9.99 for shipping because they ship it to have a adult sign for it , so it’s not free shipping have ordered from several others and never had them charge for a signing

I love this company. The first time I ordered they were wonderful! The shipping was free and arrived in 3 days. I can't say enough of how easy, safe and secure their website is. I have read some bad reviews and it seems many are from a different country. Shipping internationally is always a problem. As for me, I had no problems at all and I'm looking forward to many more transactions!

Overpriced and bad customer care

yeah there selection is pretty good but once i received an order with bottle missing they refunded me but they were very rude about it saying next time this happens we wont refund you as if am lying to them i could have lied about the whole order not just a bottle so

I was thrilled when I found all the juices I use on one site.

But it was too good to be true.

For no reason they canceled my order right after it was made. I called and the idiot I talked to said there was no way the order was going through on that card.

And yet somehow they managed to take the money out of my bank account anyway. So I was lied too and then ripped off.

Since this is a screw up on their side, they are taking their time fixing it. This is unacceptable and completely incompetent.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!

Free shipping, great prices, huge selection, one HUGE negative. All the onsite reviews are junk, they wont allow non-positive reviews. The minute you write anything about any product that's even slightly negative they invalidate your review. 7 orders 15 requests to review products, and only my 5 star positive reviews were posted all others invalidated. If you review the products on other sites your fine. If you dislike hustles and scams and expect honesty than buy elsewhere.

They contacted me to let me know the flavor may need to steep or sit for a few days. It took a couple days for this to happen. I suggest they make sure it's ready before shipping.

I have bought from them and they were wonderful. I ordered a little over hundred dollars worth of juice and afterwards I realized I forgot to get my free shipping and contacted them and they responded so quick and credited my account . The people there are very kind and they are very responsible . They do everything in a very timely matter and are happy to do so . Normally I am wary when it comes to buying from a site without PayPal but I am really happy I did . The prices here are amazing so this will be my go to store for ejuice. Thanks E liquid.com
