I was hesitant about contacting this firm after receiving mail from them. My telephone experience with Jamie Baker however, was reassuring, professional and non-pressured. I received all the information I required regarding the process and costs of pursuing a claim in an open and transparent manner.

Very quick reply and very professional

Was contacted by phone , very nervous about cold calls . Especially about pensions, from T.V adverts

Jamie Baker was both knowledgable and professional. He gave clear advice and was sensitive to my needs. I was not pressurised in any way

Early doors but so far Elite Chambers do seem to be a decent, legit and competent firm. They approached me out of the blue regarding a failed investment I had made, and had already been working in the background for some months, putting together a case for making a claim on behalf of myself and potentially hundreds of others in the same situation as myself. I have been dealing with Jamie, and he has been friendly, knowledgeable, and capable. If he and the team as successful in recouping my money, I shall return here to write an even more glowing review!!!

I spoke to Rizwan who was very helpful in that he explained the procedures involved and the next steps in progressing my claim.
