Beth Drake is terrific. She rapidly rescued the situation and made a successful application to FSCS for compensation regarding a failed investment.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is that, prior to Beth getting involved, there had been a long delay in moving the application on.

Gemma Parkinson. A very good result. Elite chambers did not drop the case even after the first FSCF payment. Arguing it should be much higher. My goodness what a surprise I got. Pension related claim was well beyond my expectations. The full allowable amount.

An excellent result with a significant amount of money back on a pension claim. Elite kept me informed all the way but used barely any of my time once we had started the claim. To be honest I was starting to lose hope after the claim was initially refused but James B and Elite kept going and I eventually had a very nice surprise as I got more than i was ever hoping for.
