Just had my first phone contact with Elite Chamber. My FSCS claim re Guiness Mahon a SIPP operator was registerd by Jamie Baker at Elite. He explained the claims process in an easy to understand way and quickly and professionally gathered the relevant information getting the process organised with a courier collecting the required forms tonight. He was able to answer all our questions and we found he engaged with us respectfully and positively and we had a clear understanding of the claims process duration of claim period and what financial remunerations and payable fees. After writing a complaint on this site about Elite Chambers I had a rapid response from a representative called Didi Chrysler who agreed I had been treated badly and offered to mediate. One month exactly has passed in which I have contacted him several times, all of which were not convenient because of his domestic situation. Other times resulted in his not calling at the agreed time, my calling with no response or it was inconvenient. This company acted in breach of data protection laws initially and did not fulfil three promises to put this right. This latest experience only reinforces my extremely dim view of this company: not professional, not ethical. I would give no stars if I could.

Update. I have now received an apology and a complimentary present which went some way to appeasing me BUT there has still been a data breach as I have checked we are on the MPS register and always have been. Despite this, Elite chambers managed to obtain my address and have sent me several mailings over the past year specifically referring to a poor investment I made. Phone calls and e mails requesting removal from their data base and no more mailings were ignored. Didi Chrysler apologised further and promised to investigate this. Thank you.
