I am extremely frustrated with your service. My delivery has been delayed since July 21. Your team kept giving false promises of same-day delivery. Worse, your system shows incorrect updates claiming I was unreachable, simply because your driver keeps calling the wrong contact number despite my clear instructions.Today, when I called to follow up politely at 4:30 PM, your customer service representative rudely interrupted me, claimed they couldn't hear me, and rushed the call without helping. This is highly unprofessional logistics management. I demand an immediate resolution and delivery today. Tracking No: 5551171875

My shipment was picked up two days ago, and there has been absolutely no movement or real update since. Their customer service is completely useless. Most of the time they do not even bother to pick up the phone. When you finally do get a hold of someone, they just read off a basic script instead of actually looking into the issue or providing real answers. Total lack of professionalism and accountability.

I had a very bad experience with them! It took them more than one week to deliver a package inside UAE! I don’t suggest to anyone

Terrible delivery company.
Ordered from ACE with delivery in 3-5 days. From what I can tell ACE prepared items for dispatch quickly and notified Elite to collect. 10 days later the order still not collected and Elite do not answer phone, reply to email or social media. Example of how your supply chain can ruin it for your business. I'd never ship anything with Elite again nor would I order from ACE whilst they're using Elite.
