‼️RESPUESTA A LA EMPRESA:‼️
Es mentira que no tengan registro. Mi pedido es el #1006 por valor de 69,99€. Tengo los correos de confirmación y el cargo del banco BBVA. He presentado una DENUNCIA OFICIAL ante la Agencia Catalana del Consumo con el número de Expediente SOL/15965/2026. Dejen de intentar engañar a Trustpilot diciendo que mi opinión es falsa; tengo toda la documentación que lo demuestra.

🚨 ESTAFA TOTAL 🚨 He comprado unas botas por 69,99€ que anunciaban como originales y me han enviado una réplica falsa de pésima calidad. Además de tardar 28 días en llegar, me han mandado una talla que no se corresponde con la que pedí. Es imposible utilizarlas y se niegan a realizar el cambio o la devolución, ignorándome en el correo y en Instagram. Ya he tramitado la denuncia ante Consumo y la reclamación por fraude con mi banco. ¡No compréis aquí, son unos impresentables!!!

Boots arrived and they’re clearly fake. The size is wrong as well and nowhere near what I ordered. Asked for a replacement but it was refused outright. Wouldn’t recommend buying from eliteboots.pro.

I bought a pair of boots as a gift after 6 months sole lifted off the uppers
I messaged Eliteboots24 to enquire about this. No reply to message. Poor customer service and to be honest the same thing happened to a previous pair of boots I purchased from them but it was after 6 months and I regret not messaging them about it. Is this an issue with this company’s boots? They seem to be of poor quality for boots that are expensive.
