No shipping updates and sent wrong…
No shipping updates and sent wrong mixers without information about the substitution, ordered 3 slimline tonics, got 2 full sugar ones and a bunch of small bottles of full sugar lemon tonic. This is not an acceptable substitution as I am on a diet. I wrote a message to them few days ago with no response. The only reason they get 2 stars is that the booze was correct and it arrived on time.

From start to finish the experience with elite drinks was fantastic, easy to use website, checkout was simple and not overly complicated, the delivery time was a day and the bottle was very well packaged. Will be using this company again for alcohol I can’t find in a supermarket.

Extremely poor service.
For the third time in a row, my order is being delayed again (ORDER E32410815) and EliteDrinks has not deemed it fit to contact me about the delay or why its been delayed.
For a company of this stature, this is extremely poor service.

Just in time for my Miami trip!
Easy to navigate, great customer service and fast delivery. I received my order just in time for my trip back home to Miami FL; the bottles were wrapped up nicely & I was also given a personalized note wishing me the best on my endeavors :)
Will definitely be using Elite Drinks again in the future!

After a terrible first experience with this company I am impressed with my second time. Gemma spoke to me like a human being with sensitivity and understanding of previous issues. She assured me the last problem was due to a certain member of staff who has now been dealt with. She looked into my issue, didn't pass blame or judgement as previously. She was pleasant to deal with and compensated me greatly. If the order arrives then I will know the company have taken on board previous problems.
