Emailed twice regarding order. No update on order status. Reading all the other reviews on Trust Pilot indicates this site is a total scam. AVOID at all costs. This gift was for an 80th birthday, what an utter dissapointment.

SCAM WEBSITE BEWARE
I have not received either of my orders, I’ve sent several emails with little to no response from elite drinks.
I am having to raise a dispute with my bank.
The telephone number on the website is for a small car garage somewhere in the Uk, they receive several calls daily from angry customers.
The website is a complete scam and I will be reporting to trading standards tomorrow morning

Ordered on 15th May paid for 2-3 day…
Ordered on 15th May paid for 2-3 day delivery. By 19th May not arrived so contacted. They initially replied a week later saying they're in the process of fulfilling. A week later I chase and no reply. A week later I phone and they don't answer. Now in the process of initiating a chargeback as it feels like this could be a scam site.

I purchased two Bottles of very expensive Champagne via this Website on Saturday 29th April. As I hadn’t received my Purchase after 10 days I Emailed EliteDrinks to cancel the Order given the delay, as there items were for a specific occasion. Since then EliteDrinks has not responded to any of my Emails (bar one) and have yet to have received a Refund. Furthermore the Telephone No EliteDrinks has provided on their Website/ Order Confirmation Email does NOT belong to them, but a Car Garage. Buyers beware of using EliteDrinks, I would definitely not recommend this Company.

Absolutely shocking - ordered almost a month ago - not delivered. Chased via email three times no reply. They say they’re rated excellent on trust pilot - that IS NOT the case. Look at Trust Pilot to see that everyone appears to be having the same experience. Do not use. Will have to get money back via credit card!!!
