I don’t normally give bad reviews and try my hardest to get it sorted but I am finding it increasingly difficult to get a response from this company and feel when they do respond it’s only to keep me quiet, I have not yet received any of my order or a refund I have stated what I want in numerous emails, I get the odd email back but nothing seems to happen I would be very cautious when ordering from this site that you could lose your money you’ve paid for your order and not receive the order either

Brilliant service, I placed my order on a Sunday afternoon, order confirmation was sent on Monday, and delivery came on the Wednesday.

Excellent experience after a wobbly start
I had a frustrating experience initially where I felt I was not kept updated of matters and where my delivery was delayed although I paid extra. Since then Joseph from Elite Drinks called me, resolved the issue for me, dealt with matters with sensitivity and swiftness and fully changed my opinion in a most satisfactory manner. I was given a gift BEFORE I changed my review so there was no inducement. Elite’s products are second to none and the lack of communication was dealt with swiftly and competently. Thank you!
Poor customer service need to do better.
Could have better customer service had to wait two weeks for an email back about a missing item also called 9 times with no response at all, they only got in touch with me when I got klarna involved and when klarna gave me a full refund for my items. Elite drinks needs to have better customer service.
Order not fulfilled, refund not processed and terrible customer service
I ordered a bottle of vodka on 20/09 for which I paid express delivery (1-2 days). 8 days later they delivery the wrong bottle of vodka. I emailed to notify them of the issue and got no response. Likewise, the phone number on their website does not connect. I sent a number of chat messages to which someone eventually replied (days later), acknowledging they had sent me the wrong bottle of vodka as the one I had requested was out of stock (why not just tell me it's out of stock...?). They agreed to give me a refund on 03/10, which I still haven't received, despite a number of emails and chat messages which have not been responded to. I have no idea if I am ever going to get my money back and I would advise not ordering from EliteDrinks.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
I am really disappointed with the service I have received. I placed an order on 04/10/2022 with delivery within 5-6 working days. I needed my order for an event yesterday (14/10/2022) Once the 5-6 working day period was over, I emailed their customer service to which I had no reply. I tried to ring but the number was invalid and also tried to contact them on live chat to which I also got no response. I emailed for a second time and have still had no response for anyone. I then proceeded to direct message them on Instagram where someone told me I would receive an update within a few hours… that was 3 days ago and I have messaged them again on Instagram and no one is replying, despite actively posting on their feed. I was so looking forward to my order and I’m beyond disappointed with the poor service I have recieved

Absolutley awful service
Absolutley awful service. Sold me a drink that was out of stock. The drink was a specific present for a 30th birthday that we were leaving for on Thursday so I ordered a week before and paid express delivery yet it’s now Wednesday and I still haven’t received anything!

Ordered £500 worth of champagne on Wednesday 28th September last week with express delivery. It’s now Wednesday 5th October the following week, no response to email request chasing delivery and no champagne or even a courtesy call to discuss an issue. Just blanked!
