Phil at Elite Kleen just cleaned my stairs carpet and living room rug. Not a small job by any means, with two flights of stairs and two landings. I was very impressed with the end result. It all looks fresh and clean again, like brand new. He did a very thorough job, preceded by an inspection to ensure the carpet was suitable for cleaning. A very professional job, would definitely recommend.

We enquired about getting a quote and this was arranged quickly after.
We agreed to the quote and they had an appointment the next week due to cancellation even after that it was only a short wait.
The night before we received a reminder text and confirmation everything was still to go ahead.
On the day the process ran smoothly, showed up when agreed and set up the machine on the front, while cleaning I was up an down from my work and noted the attention to detail at all stages, as they left the sofas were clean an dry, we opted for an odour remover for our 3 seater which had to be left to dry. Everything has been left looking pretty much brand new, which after 3 years of people and dogs is amazing!
I'd definitely recommend based off our experience start to finish and we'll be looking to Elite Kleen first for our future cleans.

I have never had a carpet cleaned before, was a little apprehensive over shrinkage/residual detergents in the fibres, of what was (when purchased) an expensive wool carpet. The carpet clean exceeded my expectation and has restored its brightness and body. Elitekleen were prompt and professional, taking great care in cleaning high traffic areas and removing the odd stain spot here and there. The equipment they used appeared and far removed from the DIY hire machines. TBH from the results and reasonable cost there seemed little point in hiring one.

Absolutely fantastic service. Phil was incredibly hardworking to get our sofas looking the best they could. I contacted Phil for a quote for my sofa and carpet and he gazelle me one there and then. We arranged a date but unfortunately I had to rearrange, Phil was absolutely fine with this. He came back today to clean my sofa and carpet and I'm not going to lie they were disgusting. Having 3 kids and 2 dogs it's a nightmare. Anyway I am more than made up with the result, its amazing and has made a huge difference. Phil is a perfectionist and won't stop until he is happy.
