-The class expired prior to renewal so I couldn’t sign back in and finish my courses prior to renewal - No refund ?!?
- They didn’t upload classes completed until after 12pm - dragging out the process
this company will Not be a good option

I signed up with elite learning a couple years ago and did the courses. In Florida we only need license renewal every 2 years. They charged my card without my knowing it a year after I signed up with them and without my asking them to. They said it was on automatic payment by default. you have to opt out of it in order not to be charged. This was never clearly explained anywhere during the initial signing up with them. I contacted them to get my money back once I found out and they said they'd send it by check in a couple weeks. They didn't. 5 weeks out now I contacted them again and they said they sent it back to my card in late July. They even gave me the exact date. I checked all my cards, not true. then after 30 minutes on hold they came back and said it had been mailed in a check 3 weeks ago. Also not true. The customer service people were snotty and acted like I was a nuisance. This company is awful and they are clearly lying to me.

This company was awful use netce instead.
You cannot speak to anyone…. They take forever to respond…. If it will ever happen… their dash board and set up is difficult at best.
They offer discount codes that do not work (website added and still not accepted)
If you have a older account, you cannot use your capital letters in your the log in the force it to lower case - there is no correction and no one to speak to about it even during their “business hours”
Use NetCE if you can….. this company is awful and so slow to report your transcripts to the state.
It isn’t as it seems.

I listened to a 3 hour webinar. from 5pm to 8 pm EST. The online test required post webinar must be completed by midnight would not open . I tied to call, use chat feature and email, all met with the msg that they are closed. Why would they make this midnight deadline when you cannot get any technical support. I called this am and spoke with a gentleman that was literally screaming at me. This is a no customer satisfaction company and I wasted 3 hours! Would recommend you look for a company that has better support if you are going to use them.

If you want to learn something out of date and you do not want to learn any i.t. skills that are up to date this is for you. There are even courses for things that were taken off the shelf in 1996. As for support, don't bother, for example Bhavin Majithia from support is refusing to help demanding to do a walk through of something that anyone can understand. He just wants to do that and not answer questions that i need answering.

6 months after and promised refunds never came through. avoid like the plague.

A detailed curriculum with good content and evaluation tests for skills make it a perfect tool for upskilling.

Detailed reports on skill levels across the company are outstanding. It's an eye-opener for everyone that encourages self-learning.

The platform is fantastic. The founders of the company are authentic and engaged. The support is quite responsive to the user's needs and requests.

The content library has been expanded and curated with videos, articles, podcasts, webinars, etc. Elite gives you an exact idea of how quickly you are excelling in the field you are in.

Super-easy interface to get started as a learner. A collection of videos/articles to solve every doubt I had. More power to you guys 💪
